2. whats ultimately causing your problem (why u strugglin with it and wats causing it)
3. Yes / No Tree.
4. brainstorm what you need to do and then do those things.
5. set small obvious attainable one at a time goals to gauge big dreams.
6. asses where u are and where u wat to be
7. turn posible solutions to realistic hypothesis
8. turn yo hypothesis into an action plan.
9. be prepared for adversity cuz it will happen be ready to make adjustments
