Instant noodles (ramen) with fresh tomato sauce

- Welcome to kitchen 27, today I will share my noodle recipe. When I was in school, instant noodles were my favorite meal. I cooked it my way: I disposed of the seasoning bags, made fresh tomato sauce. This noodle is chewy and elastic, the sauce is fresh and delicious, I love it. If you are a fan of instant noodles, I hope you like it.
Ingredients:
Instant noodle: 1 pack (100g)
Tomato: 1 (150g)
Onion: 40g
Green leaves: 20g
Vegetable oil: 2tbs
Salt for taste
Black pepper powder: 1/8 tsp
Water: 2 cups for cooking noodles
Steps:
1. Chop the onion, tomato into fine pieces, roughly cut the leaves to 1 inch length.
2. Add water in a pot, bring to boil, put noodles in, cook for 5 mins
3. Meanwhile, add vegetable oil into a fry sauce pan, wait until the oil is heated. Put the onion in, fry for 1 min, wait until the flavor comes out, and the color becomes translucent. Put tomatoes in, cook for 3 mins (medium heat), add black pepper powder and salt, set aside.
4. When the noodles are done, put green leaves in, wait for 30 seconds, transfer noodles into a plate, and drain the water.
5. Pour tomato sauce on the noodles
6. Mix them very well, enjoy it.
