This guy is alright, I was in the same situation as in that I was looking for a parts car for my 68 fastback (just a shell) & found a 67 coupe for $200.⁰⁰ & drove it home & it had everything I needed excluding the drivetrain which I already had the coupe was a 6 cyl. so I didn't need that. Well that's where the similarities end, it didn't turn out to be anything special in fact it drove crooked going down the street so the car was only good for parts. I wish the guy & his wife luck with their find & a lot of enjoyment with it.
Thanks to a TV show, a Hardtop will be spared from becoming a "Hackback". Yes... harsh words, but, I just don't get this fastback craze. I've owned early Mustangs since the 70's, and I prefer Hardtops or as most people refer to "Coupes". Ford's intention was 'Hardtop'. Fastbacks are okay, but, the hype over them now is ridiculous. Just remember... it doesn't have to be a fastback to be fast.
Fastbacks bring three to fours times what a coupe does. I get it as I have owned many 67-68 coupes and I prefer a coupe as well but the demand in the market is going to push people to fill it.
That highway scene was filmed just below the Atlanta Motor Speedway where I used to keep my plane, I was actually flying the day they were filming that segment and I took some pictures, I will need to dig those up and see if I can spot the car!

Ironically I was rewatching Season One-Two a while back, noted that Mustang, and actually wondered what happened to it. Great find!
I agree and it's in the right hands as well. Thanks for watching!
