@@DANG-- The customer we milled them for was really pleased. The tree the limbs came, customer said was 3' in diameter. The owner of the tree wanted to sell those.

Love the walnut. they will look a little greenish inside as you cut them at first. they will turn darker in the sun.

Black walnut is awesome looking wood….. I know a guy in the Troy area who I’ve gotten several beautiful live edge pieces from.

@@MsdMakingSawDust We were very happy to mill it. We get asked on a weekly basis, "do you guys have any walnut"? I wish I had a whole forest of it!
Walnut limbs ! Take what ever you can get. Lots of Sapwood in those limbs!

@@southernadirondackoutdoors there is a ton of it down around the Mohawk, and slippery elm and hickory. We seem to be outside it's range...
