- Straight outta Digitakt: Hot served #Amen-Breaks, spiced up with a little bit of Hotpants-sampling. Pure Drum & Bass-roughness arranged without any DAW.
Here the point is not using just another sampler but arranging the breaks utilizing Digitakt's features can provide you some individual touch. This is the future of #Jungle-sound!

This is exactly what I needed. Much love ✌️
Great lesson. Thank You !! :)
very insightful, thx a lot!
Cool video, I am going to have to try this out myself.
Great workflow explanation, thanks!
Great to hear such feedback that my videos help out people 😊
Found a ton of value in this tutorial! Thanks a lot!
Great stuff
well done bro!
Nice video 👌👌
Great now I need to buy a digitakt. When will it ever end!?!? Brilliant tutorial!
Nice tricks!
This is why I got a Digitact
Great video and very helpful. Wish the project file was available for further study
But thanks 🙏
Been working on my first DnB track based on a challenge, I have skipped sample chopping and am just setting up various loops and Re sampling to create a palette.
Some great ideas for working with loops in general here, I’ve already come back twice to get more ideas.
The digi sounds like a tracker, very nice
it basically IS a tracker. my understanding is that elektron based the concept on a tracker philosophy but made it more accessible with a visual interface etc. hence P locks etc. I love it, such an elegant design.
Great video, also i love how a german guy seems super serious, but then giggles at the word "sausage" at 2:32
🤣
@@MarcRenton btw liebe grüße aus wien, unsere kulturellen differenzen sind ja überschaubar ;)
Und dicke Grüße zurück, hab schließlich 5 Jahre in Wien gewohnt 😁
Thinking about buying a Digitakt... Is it possible to manipulate a drum sample on Digitakt like in this video on youtube "The Erica Synths Sample Drum: Modular Mondays" at 10:50 ? Thanks in advance.
Almost yes but you should dig I to the differences between a Digitakt and an Octatrack based on your needs
Nice video ! 👊 Where's that amen break sample from tho ?
It's a pure Amen, processed only via the Digitakt.
@@MarcRenton Thanks man !
Please redo a video using the new Slice and Warp mode
Slice mode
th-cam.com/video/GVd29QgLrFs/w-d-xo.html warp Mode I still haven’t discovered for myself
My name is Giovani Giorgio but everybody calls me Giorgio.
It's a shame the Takt's chopping mode has no adjustment, but I guess they want to reserve that for the Octa.
Yes agree, but as you indicate they seem to place this as a differentiator between the two machines. Otherwise, for me the Digitakt would be the holy grail 😂
So that wasn’t added in lastest update?

As much as I respect the Digitakt, the learning curve and workflow is complicated and its functions are both outdated and contemporary.
I honestly have no practical use for my Digitakt, but at the same time I'm discovering functions that I didn't know about every few months. It's a very polarizing piece of gear.
I can second that :-)
