You’re working so hard, may all your wishes come true. You are my one the favourite youtube. I never miss a single video from you.Sending a lot of love and prayers for your beautiful baby❤
I appreciate your honesty so much! Postpartum for me was SO DIFFICULT! My pregnancy was great but postpartum was really, really hard! Your body is going through so many changes and now you also have a tiny human to keep alive...it is HARD! Best job ever but HARD! William is such an amazing way to honor his grandfather :)
Thanks for the q&a Madison!! Jack is so precious!! It so hard somedays but know you are an amazing mom!! Sending you so much love! Congrats once again!
Thank you for being so honest in this video about PP. I was so emotional and had the baby blues really bad and was just sad for no reason even though I just had a beautiful baby girl. PP is hard! My husband has also been my rock and was off for 6 weeks and I couldn’t have done it without him and my family. When he went back to work, that was also a hard transition but baby girl is 8 weeks old now and we have a routine going and getting out of the house helps so much like going in walks with friends and not staying in the house all day everyday. It is hard being a stay at home mom right now while my husband works but it’s getting easier. I go back to teaching in Nov so that will also be an interesting transition. This video helped me to understand that what I went through was normal even though it was so hard mentally. Jack is perfect and you are doing amazing❤️❤️ Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise!
I have a 4 month old and listening to you talk about how hard the newborn phase is takes me right back. We have a relatively easy baby and it was still SO HARD... I just want to go back and hug my freshly postpartum self and tell her it's all gonna be okay.
I had my first child at 36. I had been used to a career and being single. Suddenly, I was responsible for someone else 24/7. It was overwhelming. I lived 12 hours from all my family. I had no idea it would be like that. But things got better. I wish I had let someone help me but I did it all by myself. It was hard. It gets better.
Thank you so much for sharing! I hope to be a mom too someday and I really appreciate every bit of advice, even down to the “TMI” topics. Lol Wishing you and your family all the best! 💜
Congratulations, he is so handsome! You are doing great!! Our boys were born 6 weeks early, and my husband had zero paternity leave so I was on my own with them since day one once they came home…I don’t know how I made it now that I look back on it🤣 Mom life is amazing and worth it though!!
Oh yeah totally get just kinda not thinking too much about the birth!!! I have a 1 year old and now due in 2 months again and I started the let’s prepare for birth and honestly it is just starting to stress me out the second time around and I need to just distract a lot of the time to help with sleep and anxiety about the birth ❤❤. Postpartum is so hard but it gets so much better. I remember crying a lot as well lol. I think part is also yes the change in life and part sleep deprivation on top of the huge drop in hormones. You are doing amazing!!
My father in law passed away in April and we just had our baby girl July 23rd. He had cancer and we found out about it a year ago, but his passing was way sooner than we expected. It has been really hard having my husband grieving the loss of his dad while having a newborn. I hope that it gets easier for you guys, I can really understand where you are coming from. It’s really hard going through this difficult life transition having a newborn and dealing with this loss too. At times my husband being depressed leaves me feeling somewhat unsupported or guilty for asking for more help.
Proud of you!! I 100% agree fed is best! I have been exclusively pumping since my baby was about 2 weeks old for the same reasons as you. I didn’t feel he was getting full off of my breast plus I really like to see exactly how many oz he takes in! He is 11 months old now and I plan on pumping till 12 months then feeding him from my freezer stash after that. We had to supplement formula around 3-4 months. Absolutely no shame in that! As long as babies tummy is full that is ALL that matters.
I am 30 weeks pregnant with my first baby. In a previous video, you mentioned borrowing your sister-in-laws baby brezza cleaner/sterilizer/dryer. I'm just curious if you did borrow it, and if so how did you like it. It is currently on our registry, my brother-in-laws said they were going to get it for us, so I'm just curious if it is worth it or not.
The music always in the background of your sit down videos is so distracting! I can’t make it through your full videos like this because it’s so loud and hard to hear what you’re actually saying.
Hi! I don’t have any music playing in the background during the sit down portion of this video so I’m not sure what you mean? but I’ll keep it in mind for future videos!
Jack being born on his grandpas birthday made me so emotional. Couldn’t be more clear of a sign❤

Hey Madison
God definitely blessed your pregnancy. Congratulations!
Thanks for being here
Maybe you should talk to your dermatologist. Maybe she can recommend something.
My daughter Ashley knows because she would be willing to help with your son
How are your dogs adjusting to a baby in the house?
They’re doing great! So sweet with him 🤍
