One thing in this video ISNT true: you can find an easier way to run this feature. This, like many other system default programs, can be found in the system32 folder (Things like calculator, file explorer software etc)[C:>windows>system32] under the name of MRT. i dont recommend messing around this file much, but you should be able to create a shortcut, which your computer should automatically put on your desktop
yeh but how to disable it permanently i coulnt find out but i could make exclusions for directorys not beeing scanned because i needed that to activate Office 2019, without exceptions it was keep going removing the activation.exe
You can't disable it. Literally. There are options to turn it off but it will ignore that and run in the background anyways. I've tried to kill it, it's like trying to kill a ghost, no matter what you do it's always there lurking in the background. FYI this scan can be run from windows security center via the windows defender stuff so you don't really need to go to mrt directly.

@@whmxtra i was not sure if it was the same as we dont have that indication visible but that is great to know thanks 🙏
As whmxtra said its not possible to disable, its a core function so it will always be there 🙌
If it was a true anti malware tool then it would detect and remove telemetry and recall 😂
@@cbm_doomworld you are very right about that, telemetrie keeps going, you need network tools to detect those connections and block them
