really nice. very happy to see the video. so many kinds of meditations are available. but breath meditation is very effective which i can feel and observed too. As per my understanding breath is a very neutral. so we have no any kind of happy or sad feelings with breath. That's why through breath meditation one can feel peace very easily. thank you Kris.
