I was only a kid when this movie came out, but my sister was in her teens, and i remember this movie being so influential to girls in their teens they were cutting their hair short like she did in the movie. My sister never cut her hair like that, but lots of girls in her school did. I'm 43 now and have seen this movie many times throughout my life. As an adult now, looking back, it kinda makes me wonder if the girls that did cut their hair in real life back then were being trendy or if they had possiby been abused and that was their way of telling without speaking. Sorry to go a little dark there but yeah..this is a good movie. "Fair is Fair!" Also. If you love Pat Benatar, you should check out anything from Laura Branigan. You seem to have a liking for female sirens of the 80's. You'd really like the band Heart if thats the case. Id recommend Alone by Heart.

Legend of Billie Jean. Quite a movie. And Helen Slater. And her brother Christian Slater. Do you know him? The movie is simple and interesting. Worth a Look. Very stunning at times. Story is her. Played by Helen exacts payback on a daily town Billy. And he did all law on her as if she is the criminal. The adult Billy's teen son and his friends destroyed her younger brother 's. Moped bycicle. And beat him up. Oh well, best to let watch on your own. I think it is kind of a low budget. Drama. But lots of fun. Could be wrong I don't know about the production. But it is a good movie and sort of a social commentary of bully can be any age and that kind of bully needs a whopping.
Pregnant for the video shoot? No problem. Neck up shots in poor lighting. lol. Pat and Neil don't like the message in the movie so refuse to release the song for the soundtrack which is why The Legend of Billie Jean has never been digitally re-released. Plus they sang this song at their live concert after the 9/11 attack and realised the lyrics were so appropriate. It is now their 9/11 song.
