    Please read this(updated)
    The main problem you have to face now is that which one to choose from the 3 versions. As I don’t have the other 2, I can’t make a direct statement on what to get. You gotta actually research a bit. You don’t have to research a lot because the one I have is top notch. From my collection, this is the only set I adore the most mainly as a treble sensitive person. (Found that getting the DSP version is the smart choice here. HBB himself said that the DSP version is the best one and without the DSP cable is equal to his collab version. So, getting the DSP version gives you 2 tuning options from changing the cable and more tuning options with the tuning nozzles. The DSP version is slightly expensive at $80 compared to the $70 standard version and $75 HBB version. I believe that spending the extra $5 is worthy)
    As I already know about Simgot as a brand(have used EW100p, EW200 and EM6L), I can guarantee that this is not like others. I always had issues with the other 3 models and now with this version, I have zero issues with treble. So, if you are a treble sensitive person, I highly recommend this set. Amazing value for money.
    I don’t do affiliate marketing or false promoting, and haven’t done any throughout my 1 and half years of work. If it is good, it is good or vice versa. If I see the potential, I mention that. Simple as that. Linsoul sent me this unit almost after an year as I didn’t recommended the previous set they sent(KiwiEars Quartet) or as it didn’t got much attention. They want their products to sell for sure, that’s their business but the good thing I must mention is that, they give the freedom to share the honest experience. But, if the product didn’t get enough promotion, then they don’t send any. If you look for my videos, I have received so many units but only a few I have recommended.

      In which version of the high frequencies do not cut the ear? I can't listen to Simgot EA500 LM because of the abundance of high frequencies. This sound cuts my ear terribly

      Seems like all the models don't have peaky treble. I recommend you to get the DSP version. Even HBB recommends that set as if you replace the DSP cable with a normal 3.5mm cable, then you will get the HBB version. DSP version without the DSP cable is the HBB version.

    Finally a Simgot IEM that isn't too fatiguing in the treble! From what HBB said about the difference between DSP and his collab version, it sounds as if replacing the DSP with an analogue cable will have a similar sound to the collab version. So that's at an extra variant to play with. Just grabbed the Delci AE myself so wondering how these two compares.

    • @weirdear95
      @weirdear95  หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Mmm, yeah, you are correct. Replace the DSP cable to get the HBB version. I watched his full video now. He recommends the DSP version. Best thing is to to get the DSP as you got 2 tuning choices.
      I recommend you not to think too much. Delci is a great set and the money you spent isn't a waste by any means.

    How is the resolution in this bro? u didn't get to review simgot ea500lm yet? Need this comparison mainly.
    I can see most of the review says ea500lm is resolution beast but a bright set some may not like the treble.
    Im currently having truthear hola will this ew300 x hbb a good upgrade?? I'm craving for high resolution and crystal clear vocals with hbb bass.

    • @weirdear95
      @weirdear95  หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      This is a high resolute set. A huge upgrade from the Hola, a huge one. Yes, the LM is beast in resolution as I've seen on other reviewers, but you have to be a treble lover to enjoy the LM. I'm sensitive to treble and this Ew300 is just fantastic, zero fatigue. The EW300 definitely got high end drivers, so you got nothing worried about the resolution. Simgot is a quality brand, the previous version was not for me but I know how good it is.
      But, you got to invest in the DSP version. HBB said in his review that if you replace the DSP cable with a normal 3.5mm cable, you'll get the HBB version. I highly recommend this set, so sure that you won't regret it a bit.

      For bass heads, at budget end the Castor bass is the one to get. At $50 the Truthear Zero blue is the one to get and the Delci. The mid bass tightness is a bit lacking on the EW300, but it don’t bother me much as everything else these does is fantastic with zero fatigue.( Getting the DSP one is the smart choice as from my research)

    By any chance will you get to review dsp version of ew300..? And u don't use dac for all these iem..I think u should check dsp version u can spot out the difference easily. Also how is artti R1, is it for Basshead people? Do you prefer R1 above the ew300xhbb?

    • @weirdear95
      @weirdear95  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Personally, i prefer the R1 over the Ew300 due to few reasons.
      1. The overall, tone and timbre is more natural on the R1. EW300 got slighr amount of Planar/PZT timbre which i don't like personally.(it isn't a big issue, but my sensitive ears can notice them)
      2. The low end is more tighter and punchier on the R1. It definitely fits so well for the bass heads. But the amazing thing is, though it is bassy, the rest of the frequency response is still forward and clean. Withouth any treble fatigue.
      Ew300 also don't have that fatiguing peaks, but the planar timbre can sound unnatural for me.
      My number one pick is the R1 and the second is the Ew300. From a bass head and a treble sensitive person's perspective. If you aren't a treble sensitive person, get the ew300. (get the DSP version)
      R1 is slightly bigger and the Ew300 is really compact and will fit almost every ear.

      Mid bass and overall low end is better on the R1 and also R1 doesn’t have that planar timbre. My personal pick is the R1, it sound so accurate(without the Planar timbre), but if you aren’t that sensitive, that timbre won’t bother your. Overall package wise, i pick the EW300, but for the sound, my personal pick is the R1. Both are excellent, choice is based on the personal preference.

      The main problem of the EW300 for me is the Planar timbre. It got something of a mixture of plasticky and metallic texture at the upper range. That is my personal thing, I'm sensitive to treble and it is easily noticeable for me. Except that, i have no issues with the Ew300. The reason why i like the R1 more is that it doesn’t have that off timbre and also treble response is so smooth. No need to EQ or doesn’t require any adjustments. Straight out of the box, i can enjoy them.

    How do you feel about subbass on this one. I ownes ew200 , its great but lacking much subbass.

    • @weirdear95
      @weirdear95  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Simgots usually don't have much low end, non bass heads claim that they got more than enough low end, that's from non bass heads, EW200's low end is decent. But actually got better sub bass than mid bass.
      With the Ew300, the overall low end is improved both in quality and quantity wise. But still not for the bass head's level. Definitely improved and with the pink nozzle and if you use narrow bore tips, can get even more low end from the ew300.

    how would you compare this to the simgot em6l

    • @weirdear95
      @weirdear95  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Personally, i don't like the sound signature of the EM6L and in common i never liked Simgot's sound signature. They are too bright for me and the low end tends to be soft that i hate. But if you want a better technical set, the EM6L is still the better option here.
      Sound quality wise, this series of EW300s are way better than the rest of Simgots i have. More low end and smooth and non fatiguing upper range. I'm a treble sensitive person, so, i don't like the sparkly and brighter highs. Now with this, i got zero treble issues and I enjoyed them from the initial listening. But afterall, the sound signature will depend on your personal preference.

  • @brownwallet942
    @brownwallet942 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    EM6L deserves no praise. QC issue with the nozzles is common. Mine keeps falling off from both shells and I had to superglue them. That happened not even 2 months in with my usage. And the sound, it's twice expensive as my T3+ but it's in the same ballpark and I would dare say I had better listening experience with T3+ because of 3d printed resins that fit nicely to my ears. EM6L is such a hyped bs, worst IEM in my collection

    • @weirdear95
      @weirdear95  หลายเดือนก่อน

      Sorry to hear about your experience😐, personally i haven't faced any QC issues but i have seen some complaints. When talking about the sound, Its sound signature is definitely a no go for me. Soft low end and brighter highs is not appealing to me in any means. Its main strength is in the technical department.

    • @brownwallet942
      @brownwallet942 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@weirdear95 You described the EM6L exactly as I experience it: soft low end and brighter highs. My TinHiFi T3+ has more exciting sub-bass, yet I don't find it performing any less in terms of technicality compared to EM6L considering the price. The Quartet, though, has monstrous mid-bass. I even disliked it during the first three weeks of using it because it hurt my ears, and especially when it seemed my unit had defective switches, as I didn’t hear any sound difference when switching them. However, it grew on me because the vocals are so warm and the bass thump is so satisfying after taming it with EQ. So yeah, I bought the EM6L cos I lost the pair of my Quartet and a dog ate the pair of my T3+. EM6L sound is underwhelming, and the QC issue just sucks, highly unacceptable for the price. EW300 seems to be an IEM I would buy if I were looking at this budget segment

      This isn't a bass head set for sure, but definitely got better low end than every other Simgits I have tried. Delci and May got better low end than this but in every other aspect, the Simgot is better. If you want the bassier one, getting the Xuan NV is the better choice or Artti R1.

      Lol, that's a good name tbh. Personally, i never liked the sound signature they follow(i have ew100p, ew200 and EM6L). Too bright and soft low end. I hate that combination. But overall quality wise and technical wise, they are superior. That's why they are easy to recommend for the ones who like that signature. But, this is a different story here. This thing is more consumer level and still with great quality and great technicalities. Nothing is universal and that's a fact, but there is some balance in everything. That's why this is one of the easiest to recommend to anyones. But choosing the correct one out of 3 is the hard task
