Before days ago i open my fb acount and its says ' session expired and it log out automatically then i log in again but i get new bage that requires confirmation of name and submitting id with phote , and i write my name and submit two images writing ✍️ same things without photos then i send , then the Facebook replying evertime i login this message ' we'll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you facebook'
Without out going my acount wall ' haw i can fix this problem and if its requires to wait haw it may take ?

What if it's a new device that you haven't used for Facebook
Hi Conor Condon, According to a Online forums, you need to do it from a browser you already used. But you can give it a try from a new browser to check if it works or not.

Hi so for my issue I got a new phone and I can not get into my Facebook. For some reason it's using an old email I haven't used since like 2009 and when I try to look up my account I either see mine or it pulls up a blank account. I've been trying to change the password and have had no luck. If I can some how get the code they sent to that old email to my new one or even have them text me it I should be able to change my password but for now I am having no luck and can't get access to it at all.
