HELP!! Your directions were spot ON but I keep getting stuck when I am asked to submit my 6-digit authentication code that I do not have. Last week I tried to change my password and was asked for the 6-digit code ( i don't know it) and have submitted my license to confirm my identity 3 times already. 24 hours later, I get an email telling me to click on a link and use the temporary password provided and then it asks for my 6-digit code again. This is so frustrating! Any ideas??

I can't get into my account. I'm not getting a verification code after putting in my phone number and it gives the option to check other verification methods but that does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Now I can't play all my games that are linked to my epic games account because when I try to unlink and link to new account it takes me to my locked xbox account to sign into but I can't sign into it, you wanna know why? am having an absolute same issue from last 24 hrs. have tried all the possible methods but non of them work. The issue is when i login, it ask me to press that blue button of 2 factor Authentication same as video. but the issue is when i press that button it take me to facebook login page again rather authentication page. I couldnt get my account back. I was able to recover the account for like a second and then all of a sudden I was kicked out again and it said that my email account was changed even though I changed the email on this account completely and I changed the password. We may have different problem with Facebook but for sure there's always a way to solve it. Did you try to login in that FB suggesting you? Did facebook send you message through email and said it's NO REPLY email?

It didn't work for me.... After I got to the Facebook part -There was no setting that came up and anywhere where I could choose a screen lock and put in my new alphanumeric password????

HELP!! Your directions were spot ON but I keep getting stuck when I am asked to submit my 6-digit authentication code that I do not have. Last week I tried to change my password and was asked for the 6-digit code ( i don't know it) and have submitted my license to confirm my identity 3 times already. 24 hours later, I get an email telling me to click on a link and use the temporary password provided and then it asks for my 6-digit code again. am having an absolute same issue from last 24 hrs. have tried all the possible methods but non of them work. Even after complaining about to Facebook on their page you go to if you cannot log in there is still no change. They want a WhatsApp code.
Cannot remember password so they send a code to my cell phone - except they never send it. What's even more insane is that they do not offer to send it to my email address. Instead type in the password that I do not remember! It is a Catch-22.

The time that I did that tutorial it worked just fine...but I believe Facebook updating almost everday...you can send screenshot to my email so that I may know what's the next step or perhaps I'm going another tutorial as Part 2.
