For iPhone users, go to your settings then find “battery” and then turn off low power mode then try to log into the fb app
@John Walker man I already got my account fixed I was just give a piece of advice for other people
I am also encountering this issue. Did all BASIC trouble shooting like uninstalling the app, resetting the location under privacy. Offload the app none of those works!

Hey, here are some quick tips for you:
Check Facebook's Server Status
Switch to Mobile Data instead of WiFi or vice-versa
Delete the Facebook App and reinstall it
Temporarily disable your firewalls or anti-virus/malware software and try to log in again
Ensure your iDevice's Date & Time are set to Automatically
Reset your network's settings
Reset your device's Location & Privacy data
