Awesome brother. I have worked on these before. The ones I didn't care for repairing were those digital gauge clusters so I have several good ones stored away lol.
Is that the factory dash that came in it? I don't know if I've ever seen one with the big speedo like that before with Gas gage beside it like that. Usually the Gas, Temp, Amp and Fuel gage are in the corners.
Yes, it's the factory gauge cluster. I've seen both, but don't know if it was a year change or just an option GM decided to pick and choose what truck got what cluster.
I don't think there is a right answer to that question but here's how my fight goes- Remove the 2 screws on the bottom, pull it out enough to remove the wire harness for the fan switch (top plug) that should give you a little more room to get to either the lower harness or the vacuum ports. The vacuum ports have round 'push' clips on them, 2 of them. Carefully pry them off with needle nose pliers and/or long thin flat head screwdriver. The cable is the worst, it had one of those round push clips also and the 'cable case mount' always breaks so be careful when releasing that tab. Good luck, it's not a fun job. **However, I have seen someone remove the screws from the back side, I believe there are four 7mm? Screws but it looks rough also.
@@ShadyJoesGarage is there any wiring that has to go to the cluster in order for the cluster to work. Having tons of problems with mine that I cant seem to figure out

Hey man where did you get your led bulbs? I would like to do the same color on mine. Loving the build man!
Thanks man, I picked the lights up from Amazon.

I've never seen a first gen S10/Blazer factory speedo go to 110 before. They usually only go to 85.
They are out there, I'm not sure how GM decided when to change or what trim got them
How do you remove the ac control, I’ve been messing with that thing for a hour and still it won’t come off.
