Well it depends on where you want to travel but generally speaking spring an autumn are the best. Some areas are pleasant all year round but some are awful in Summer and winter. The gap for perfect weather is small in China. In October you need to be careful not to travel around the public holiday as well.

I live in the Northern United States, about 10 minutes from the Canadian Border. My son and I are moving to China next year though, and we love watching your videos to get prepared!

It's pretty cold but like I said it doesn't really snow so I think it makes it not feel quite as cold. It's usually around -5/10 here. In the UK it doesn't get as bad so I am not used to it! Your apartment is sooo cool 😍. I mean there's like a billion of creepy stories when it comes to Chinese apartments, can you make a video where you explain how to find one where's no bathroom on balcony, and stuff like that?

I don’t know if you knew that the center heating system in China is divided up, so in north part of China the heating system is provided very where but south isn’t, so the winter in most of southern China is horrible! Humid and cold.
Yeah I know, when we were in Nanjing I hated it as we just had the AC and it was freezing and wet in winter but here in Beijing I like it a lot more as my house is so nice and warm haha

March is one of those weird months, just like November which I call winterfall. The weather is in transition, and you will see people wear all kinds of weird stuff, either too much or too little. We have a saying "二八月，乱穿衣", which roughly translate to "February and August, people wear in random". In my experience, all the March in Beijing are not qualified as spring yet, so better safe than sorry. Bring all the layers as Nico mentioned, since you can always take them off when it gets too warm.

It's just regular water radiator (there is almost no steam radiator in China) installed below the floor. But I guess it's more efficient than ceiling mounted AC since heat carried by hot air move upwards.
