Did my ucat today and got 3130 :D After watching you doing ar live my timing really improved and it ended up being my strongest subtest so thank you for your ucat series!
@@mridulsingh8811 got a 96th percentile & medify was definitely harder than the real exam - used my friends medentry account and the questions imo were easier, especially for AR
I hope you could also do a video for the application process of each medical universities like this one but for international students! That would really help with insights !
love the videos as always! they’ve really helped me feel a bit less lost in the entire process of UCAT and applying for med in general, super excited to see the next one! :))
Thank you so much for this video Emil! As a NZder I've been pretty lost so this has helped to clear up quite a lot of questions! I'm really hoping to get into Monash too so I'm looking forward to your interview series :))
Thank you so much Emil for brilliant information to work toward our goal. Could you also please explain about the scholarships for the same courses? Will wait for your new video based on scholarship Thank you All the best!!!
Hi Emir. Excellent production quality as always, and also many thanks for the videos on the UCAT (doing the UK one myself, but it's the same kind of questions). You have any advise for applicants who are thinking of applying internationally? I'd love to travel, but expenses are sadly an issue.
Hi there! Thank you very much! In terms of travelling internationally I have no experience myself. I do reccomend finding a handful (2-4) of universities that you might be interested in, honing in on those and applying really thoroughly to those. Investigate their scholarship programs and try to get in contact with the university itself. Hope that helps :)
Wonderful video, as per usual. You really helped calm my nerves before my UCAT. I can't seem to phrase this question in google correctly to get a straight answer, so I just figured I'd ask you: When you're applying for multiple states, do you get a separate set of preferences at each tertiary admission center? For example, there are six preference slots for QTAC. If I applied for six universities in Queensland, and then also decided to apply in NSW, would I then have an additional 5 preference slots to use in UAC? i.e., does your total number of university application opportunities accumulate as you apply in more states? It seems as if this is the case, but I haven't seen it in writing anywhere. Thank you !
Yes, that is the case! Each state and admission centre is treated completely separately. You can have 5 preferences for QTAC and also 5 UAC preferences and 5 VTAC preferences and so on.
Thanks for the video Emil. It helped a lot! Just wondering what the median ATAR of admitted students is for University of Tasmania Undergrduate MBBS? (because ATAR is the only factor for admitting students in UTAS if their UCAT is above the 50th percentile.) Thanks again 🙏
Very nice very informative thx for making this video from my bottom of my heart. Sir, kindly reply me as a domistic student I mean australian aplicants can take admission without umat for undergraduate program & without gamsat for post graduate program in australia med school ❓ Plz respond me..🇮🇳🙏
I am an Indian student, currently studying in 11th standard and preparing to do MBBS in Australia. I am also preparing for NEET (madical entrance in india). Could you please compare the difficulty level in both these exams ?
Hey Emil, the only med school I got into is Bond. My parents are happy to pay, however tbh i don’t feel passionate enough about medicine to warrant the cost. Could I ask what you would do in my position?
Hi emil, i am from india.. I want to get into Monash for studing medicine or Mbbs. Currently I am in grade 12, what will pe the procedure to get into monash . I mean How much percentage. And entrance exam etc.. please do make a video on that..
How can interview offers be based on ATAR and UCAT for some uni’s if ATAR results don’t come out until December? And interviews are before ATAR results come out?
I am an international student looking to apply for undergraduate degree ? Should I give UCAT anz also with the Isat ? Also I can’t find much resources or affordable resources for the Isat, do you have any suggestions? Thanks
Hello,I am from Bangladesh. Is going to Australia after completing MBBS from Bangladesh will be better than doing MBBS in Australia financially and also considering other things. It will be very helpful if you answer.
I will be doing MUFY and UCAT. Do you happen to know what universities accept MUFY (Monash University Foundation Year)? I will be applying as a domestic student here from Sri Lanka
Hey, I am currently studying in New Zealand at University but I was wondering which universities I can apply to with incomplete undergraduate grades. Would I still be able to apply to the post graduate degree for medicine that you have stated? Also for postgraduate medicine options do they include the undergraduate program or is it up to us what undergraduate program we do? Is it possible for ATAR to be calculated with my University grades?

Hey! Not quite sure, you'll have to email the universities directly and figure it out, or email the application websites
In what order did you apply for all schools?
I applied to the undergraduate universities first in every state. Apart from that I didn't have a particular order as such!
Hey Emil, what do you think the UCAT cut off could be for most Unis this coming year?
Hey! For interviews, it will probably be around 2850-2900, then anyone who gets an interview can theoretically get in!
Ahh do you think 2800 may still qualify 😅
