No..but you have to declare your world income. Based on that you’ll get some Tax credit Rebate.

Tax consultant can explain better. rebate comes into the equation during your first year tax assessment..of course not everyone will land and start their job from Jan onward..they want to assess how much your yearly world income is and if it's less than a certain amount then you get full tax credit rebate instead of a pro-rated..
