Right you are Dean. I've already got one on the lift. This one will be a lot prettier. With a stripped and painted everything including the frame, tanks, fenders, etc. It's also a little larger displacement at 250cc. It's a 1974 DT250A. I'm sure I'll be able to find something I need to buy for it.
@@oldguysoldbikes you can't buy a nonrunning one stripped down for that price around Kansas city. I'd definitely buy it if you were closer and I'm not even looking for a 175 , but I have a 250 that's just a frame and engine with fuel tank

That's a very reasonable deal. You're about 7 hours from me if it was a 250 I think id make the drive. That's cheap to be honest

Thanks Don. Ya, I was trying that on my AT3, but it just doesn't have enough poop to do it. Those extra 50ccs make a huge difference in power.
