Music is not about how technical you are is about how nice you can interpret a piece. If a repertoire is without any Dynamics or anything just techniques no vibrato classical will be dead by now. It survives because of the beauty of it and so does other genres. Just different style but it's up to your own view as long as don't go and force people to like what you think is right.

어느날 소현양을 알게된 후부터 유툽에 있는 소현양의 영상을 다 뒤져서 보고 또 봅니다 딱히 클래식 음악을 잘 찾아 듣진 않는데 이상하게 소현양의 바이올린 연주는 항상 끝까지 듣게 되고 또 반복해서 듣고싶어져요^^ 소현양의 연주를 들을수 있어서 정말 행복해요 우리나라에 이런 보물이 있다니 .. 앞으로 많은 연주 들려줘요 ^^

I'm living in China now and I'm a fan of Ko Sohyun and I'm so sad that I can't meet her now. And what's important to me is that I'm not as good as Ko So-hyun, but I'm still a big fan of her. My wish is to learn how to play the violin from her. That's my wish.
소현이가 영재 신동 감수성 천재인건 익히 다들 인정한바이고, 세계적인 컨서트 연주자가 될 음악도가 외모까지 뛰어난건 +@ , 팬들이 이런 부분에 관심가지는거 잘못되거나 나쁜거 아니지요. 솔직히 소현이 외모가 뛰어나니 더 돋보이고 자꾸 보고 싶고 연주까지 더 많이 노출되는 효과도 있는건데, 이런거에 불만 가지는 분들은 유튭 눈감고 보시면 되는거구요. 저도 피아노 전공이라 음악 듣는게 문외한은 아닌데도, 소현이 처음 알게 됐을때 어린 꼬마가 천재성도 겸비하고 외모까지 너무 매력적이라 홀딱 반해서 소현이 동영상 다 찾아봤던거 사실이네요. 저도 그렇지만 다른 분들도 소현이가 아무리 예뻐도 연주가 신통찮으면 팬 안 됐을거니, 외모 언급하는거 안 좋게 볼 필요 없습니다. 클알못인 팬들까지 늘어나는거 소현이에게 도움이 되면 됐지 나쁜 영향은 전혀 아니라고 생각됩니다!

I hate to admit it koreans are the pinnacle of Asian competitive talent. As a japanese myself we take our art with passion koreans just take it to the next level close to perfection.
i’ve been studying this piece for a couple months, i’m thirteen too and decided to watch it thinking “this will give me inspiration that someone my age is actually able to play it”, instead of that inspiration i’ve decided that my violin’s better purpose is firewood edit: wow, that part with the triplets and grace notes was stunning edit2: there was not second throughout this video that i did not have goosebumps, absolutely phenomenal performance. i can’t wait to see where Sohyun ends up in life
I'm 17 and I'm not able to do one millionth of what this prodigy accomplishes and I've been playing the violin for ten years. The day I'll be able to play some Vieuxtemps repertoire lies in a very far futur at best....

쪼꼬말 때부터 봤는데 많이 컸네요. 실력도 더 좋아진 것 같고. 지금도 이렇게 감정표현력 절제력이 대단한데 성인이 되면 얼마나 더 굉장해질지... 무리하지 말고 오래오래 연주 들려줬으면 합니다.

@Vickie Lam me too. they pretty much make me practice 2 hours a day. which is a lot for me. i have hops of playing like this someday.
I'm 17 and I'm not able to do one millionth of what this prodigy accomplishes and I've been playing the violin for ten years. The day I'll be able to play some Vieuxtemps repertoire lies in a very far futur at best....
The very fact that you're practicing such piece is already remarkable in itself.
