If your sleep schedule if fked up, just try to stay awake for a whole day and whole n8 (24 hrs). And from the next day, just sleep at 11 pm and wake up at 5 to 5:30 am, your sleep schedule will automatically get rebooted.
Sir I am facing a difficulty.. I used to Wake up at 5:30-6:00 before jee mains 1 but after my exam i am unable to get up at the same time even though i try many things... some times i wake up at 7:00 or 7:30, I also feel sleepy during day time...
Guys if you are serious for jee adv don't ignore this.........I ignored it in jan attempt and I got 72arks....when in mocks I was frequently at 150 around marks.....and the real test was even easy that the mocks but still I couldn't score, did lots of silly mistakes even though i was calm.....I had a morning shift and I wasn't able to sleep till 3 am day before the exam.....just because of my trashy sleep cycle.......you might think i am exaggerating but i can't think of any other reason why i couldn't perform

I would literally wake up at 4:45 a.m. during the 5 a.m. series and feel fresh all day. Even after 7 hours of sleep, I now find it challenging to wake up at 7 and still feel drowsy all day. 🥲 Sir please start 5am series again

Yeah during school exams I used to wake up on the day of exam like 4-5 am... Revise in form of reading and sleep before brushing the teeth for 30.mins and that use to give me the energy to be active throughout the exams till 12 but the only drawback is at 3-5 pm u will feel intense restlessness... And the time after that won't be productive... And that was one of the reason I use to start preparing for the next exam next day of the previous exam

If your sleep schedule if fked up, just try to stay awake for a whole day and whole n8 (24 hrs). And from the next day, just sleep at 11 pm and wake up at 5 to 5:30 am, your sleep schedule will automatically get rebooted.
