I do like how bright the LEDs on the new style Chamberlain eyes are but they did take me a second to figure out after dealing with the old style but it wasn't bad overall. By the way i love how you shot that little spring off the trolley that gave me a good laugh 😂

Those new photo eyes. They are nice in the way that it's small and the lights are bright. The problem is that they are too sensitive to movement. The way to solve that problem is to mount on the wall with a mounted bracket instead of the track.

Those are one of the few Chamberlain openers I still like. The new sensors are actually an improvement, smaller size makes it easier to fit if there's concrete at the bottom or something like that and the light flashes if it's blocked so you know it still has power. The way to tell them apart is the one with the sticker is the receiver eye

One the rails I line the stop hole all the same way that puts the weld up so you don't see it. I do like the new sensors the lights are ez to see but I don't like the brackets the new one only have one clip to hold it and it seams weak. had one come unclipped. On the tensioner I leave about 1/4 of thread showing then release the spring. The Girls did a great job.

I'm a fan of the one piece rail but when it comes to installs, the customer has no idea...

Those gis are going to be expert at what most men i know are scared of. The infamous garage door !! Lol
What height do the eyes usually get mounted at? Seems to me that they should be about 17 -20" off the ground but i always see them at about 7"

6” or lower is normally what they want for human entrapment. The girls definitely do a good job. Keeps them sharp lol.

Did you leave the light covers down? Model B2211T would have fit in that spot.

That is weird. I believe it did have instructions. I didn’t open it. Fake it till you make it lol. Obviously I should have spring flying everywhere.

@@affordabledoorgatellc7391 but yeah I noticed a year ago I think that chamberlain stopped providing keypads with units in Canada but didn’t know if they were doing the same thing in the states or not
