Started following you when I was learning more about minimalist shoes. I have a couple of sandals. After hitting the driving range yesterday, I realize my gold shoes need to change as well. Ended up ditching the shoes and hitting in my sock feet...wow, what a difference in my balance and stability.
Wrap wallet from thread and leather. So simple, so good.
Now that you have multiple rfid’s that can interfere, you flip out different sections. So smooth.

For a phone wallet I use a popsocket wallet on my phone. It's removable and keeps my phone setup flexible. The popsocket wallet really only fits 3 maybe 4 card, so it helps me stay light and prioritize my cards.

Depending on when you bought those airpods, that clicking noise is a known issue. I had it too and they traded me new buds for free.
I am a minimalist wallet nerd. Best in the last few years have been: Bellroy Micro Sleeve, wow I'm on my second and first last a few years. Awesome awesome with a center pull tab and outer two pockets for frequent cards. Magpul DAKA Micro Wallet, compromise of single slot with lack of organization outside of your order of stacking but oh so slim in thickness while being durable so far. I have had phone wallets but no longer being a iphone user the options aren't as high quality or plentiful. All my options require a trifold bill if you need that sort of thing and I keep my cards down to two or three. Four has been my max in the last 10 years. Drivers license and one credit card is my preference along with my fishing license. I fold once and trim my fishing license to the same size as my credit card.
I have been waiting for you to do these two packs from them. I ordered the pouch back in February. Can’t wait for it to come in. At this rate though, if I order the hip pack, it might come in before the access pouch. 😂
Used to have a thick wallet to carry every card at once. Now I just use a bellroy microsleeve and love it. If I need a specific card for a day I'll grab it from the big wallet then put it back.

Great review. Thought about getting a sling style bag for this quick runs to the store. You really need to review an Ameribag. Been carrying one on and off for 20 years before anyone used the term EDC. Just got the traveler to replace that original bag.

Re wallets, I’ve used the Herschel supply slim wallet for the last few years and love it. Holds 4 cards and about five bills. I used to do the phone case wallet but got paranoid that if I lost my phone that I’d be losing my wallet at the same time and so I separated the two.
Wallet Reco - Take a look at Arc Company, the Boulder wallet. Slim, Nylon folder, but able to hold a small pen, light, multitool, barely bigger than a card. Really a sick design.

I know I'm late to the show here, but I just picked up the Bellroy Woven Slim Sleeve wallet. Real slick, love the baida nylon material. I'd recommend checking that out, I know you dig on Bellroy.
The last thing you talk about is depression. I’ve had this weird idea but it works out. Stress creates anxiety and anxiety creates depression depression creates stress and so on. Now I have to work on one to improve the others and then work on another. The first step is 100% good sleep and being ok with not being ok

AirPods Pro cracking has been a common issue. I got my left side replaced and then got the same issue on my right and got a free replacement . Yes they only replace one if the issue is only on one side.
I came for the comments. You are truly entertaining and at times inspirational. But dude, that blue bag is a fanny pack true and simple. Still got mine that I wore in the 80s but darn you wouldn't catch me wearing it now. Those days have long gone so I'll just keep using my simple day ruck.

I'm hoping that Nomatic sends you the new Peter McKinnon X Nomatic Everyday Camera Line. I've backed them, but would love to see your take on it. I backed the Navigator series last time prior to and thdn loved your review. I was on the fence and then ended up getting the 15L after seeing it.

So i started watching this video for the evergoods fanny pack, but then was intrigued by the DadsFanny with the built in water bottle holder. I checked it out and it looks pretty darn cool!! (i'm a dad of a 6 month old and a 3 year old, so i'm biased i guess). Anyhow, why don't you do a full review of the DadsFanny? = )
Try the slimfold wallet. Nice and slim but still allows for a decent size loadout. Not great for foreign currency tho. They also just released a sling bag that I’d love to see a review on!
Do you have any recommendations for slings when it comes to carrying just a few small items while out with a toddler? I need some room to carry a few small items and maybe an extra diaper with wipes, small water bottle & snack while out for a short walk to the park or walking the dog. Any input would be appreciated and maybe you could do a video for parenting related items and bags? If you have any reference that would be appreciated also. Maybe something a bit smaller than this Evergoods hip pack.

Chase! Longtime fan. Love your reviews. My wife and I enjoy watching your non-review vids too about life, philosophy, etc. I'm also a huge fan of James Clear too so when I read he was your first guest at the same time I learned you had a podcast I totally geeked out.
Anyways, you have to check out these 2 wallets ; Akeeni XSTO and Attenuo V2. I don't own either yet. I'm deciding which. Both have unique designs I haven't seen anywhere else and seems to bring joy every time you interact with them.

Chase, the AirPods Pro clicking issue is a known issue with Apple. Book a Genius appointment at the Apple Store and take them in. They'll replace them. They replaced mine a couple months ago and it's been smooth sailing.

@@chasereeves can confirm, I had both my left and right AirPod Pro replaced due to this issue. I just got on their online chat and they sent me new ones.

@@orbispictus6127 Ohh I got you. The other thing is that bag companies will often send preproduction models to “influencers” so they can post reviews, which build hype and increase preorders. Given how much Chase hypes up Evergoods stuff, my guess is that’s how he got both haha.

Hey man, just my 2 cent suggestion. I think you should study a little bit about the product material. It is important for us to know which material the best to use for each activity everyday in our life. Material use in bag right now are vast type. If you know a type they use it be usefull for your viewer to understand the material not just asthetic
On their site they list off all the materials. I think the most important thing to transfer over the internet on stuff like this is the sound, feel and look... your brain can get pretty close. But for the bag-smart out there, material speak would be helpful. Thanks for the reminder
