great review. I am wondering what size water bottle that is to be able to compare with the water bottles I carry most of the time?
Great review as always. Interesting that Evergoods says this is 3.5L and the Aer day Sling 2 is 4.5L. The Evergoods looks much larger. Either way, it appears to be another quality item from Evergoods.
I own both. The design makes it look larger but you can fit more into the Day Sling 2 but the comfort of the MHP is far superior
@@whitehatpowers , since you own both, which one do you prefer and why?
I’m looking at both and looks like Evergoods is better designed but less organization. I could see adding some small compact cameras inside with some added padding.
@@nomad0714 you’re in luck because I’ve use my canon g5x ii with both of these. My day sling is in the x pac and has a little more organization but the tech compartment in the MHP is pretty badass! I might be in the honeymoon period but I’d pick the Evergoods for this size. It wears very comfortable as a sling.
@@whitehatpowers, awesome!
That’s what I wanted to see. Thanks for quick feedback. Their tech access pouch 2l looks like it beats the PD tech pouch as well.
@@nomad0714 ha funny you say that. I also have the tech pouch in the x pac and have the 2L on order. The Evergoods pouch looks really really sweet. I preordered to arrive in May.... THE ANTICIPATION
Nice review! What rain jacket are you using there?
Nice review Mark. Could you compare MHP3.5 with Patagonia Black Hole Waist Pack 5L? I can't decide which one i want (similar size and form factor).
I've been waiting for this!! the main thing I like about this is the looks. MTB packs have great breathability but look so technical and can't be worn as a sling.
I love that you showed a water bottle in the bag. That's been my main concern with the size.
For other bags I have a soft flask I can take but the bite valve might leak on the inside and any rigid bottle would eat up too much space so good to see a rigid bottle fits in.
I actually think the Decathlon: Kalenji Running Messenger Shoulder Bag would be a great alternative at a fraction of the cost to this. The extra buckle on the Kalenji makes it better for the outdoors than the Evergoods too.
Anyone know if this will fit an iPad mini?
do you find this to be bigger than 3.5L? it seems bigger than that!
nice review! do you think that would fit a 10in tablet?
Definitely will not. It looks larger than it is. It might fit the iPad mini in the back but still doubtful
wow, definitely looks bigger... thanks for the reply :)
I have it. It definitely won’t. It fits a Nintendo switch though
hey, Erick! Tks for your reply... I think I'll wait a little bit more, shipping to Brazil is quite expensive 😅
