@@sorrento114 Germany and Austrália the biggest oxymorans around. Germany is just a woke and ridicolous shameful bastards and Austrália please not even got the words for such crap
The Eurocopter Tiger certainly looks and sounds cool. It's just that nobody likes using it. In the West, I don't think anyone is going to top the Apache, for now anyways.
They omitted fitting a gun system because they said it was unnecessary, ignoring the fact that a gun gives you another attack option. They eventually realised their error and added one.
Maybe it is, but first you need to compare the manufacturing technology, the materials from which both helicopters are made, and their structural engineering.
Of the two .. the Tiger looks like its the better scout / recon / Stealth.. Apache has the more armour and carries more In future wars .. with drones taking over than... helicopters wont do scout / recon / ... So Apache has a future suitability
It is not on par with Apache. The Tiger helicopter offers lower performance, less payload at a higher price with astronomical maintenance and repair cost.
The Tiger is crap it’s flight hrs to maintenance time is horrible it’s design and avionics did not anticipate future technologies and upgrades copying is very flattering but it is still a cheap attempt at copying. Its payload isn’t even close to the Apache.
Fool! Oxymoran you really pick everything they post in TH-cam. The TIGRE is a much better machine then the Apache that is not cheap to operate, the only diference is that America spend money in the AH 64 and Europe dont
Correction, its crap in German service due to awful supply chains and logistics, in other services its quite masterful, getting a massive upgrade with the Tiger Mk 3
@@alexlanning712 Yes, like the NH90, it is a very complex machine. Most European countries wanted to get rid of the NH90 but mine has changed its mind. They wanted to get rid of it but now bought more. Like with the Tiger, you need a proper software to tell what part to change, when, and well in advance. Basically, you have to "not thinck" obey the software. At least that is what I heard.
@@alexlanning712 It can't contradict what I say because I stated facts : my country has decided to stop retiring them and buy more of them. The australian crash is an horrific event but time will tell if the NH90 is trully a failure. (You have a link to the official accident report ?). It makes way more sense for the Aussies to buy the american safety net in the region. Their Navy is second to none (by far).
So good . .Australia is getting rid of them
And Germany

Talking about the Cobra in the first few minutes and not ONE image? All I see are Hueys?

EUROCOPTER TIGER IS A COMPLETE FAILURE.
GERMANY HAS WITHDRAWN THEM ALL FROM SERVICE.
THE NEW AW 249 ATTACK HELICOPTER IS THE BEST
Australia didn't know the Tiger was so costly, especially maintenance
This was in goldeneye, the bond film
Very much how I know this helicopter from

It is called A H -64 APACHE. Not H A.
Yeah and its not batter either. Seems like standard AI fare.
Never been used is my understanding 😊
I agree according to its speed and maneuver

I advice Eurocopter/Airbus invest in different Attack Helicopter, this one is not as expected and compatible
LISTEN TO THIS ID^OT. 40 MILLION PLUS 70 MILLION. IT IS A SUPER DUPER HELI. FORGET INDIA TAKING 16 MILLION FOR ITS HELI.
Please fix Apache role name, it's AH not HA 🥰
Awesome helicopter but the Apache is superior

AH 64 c'est un COBRA,l'APACHE c'est HA 66!!!

No, no it isn't
Ask Australia?
They say it cost more then the Apache to operate so they are replacing it.

The best European assault helicopter is Italian Mangusta
The Tiger is just a cheap pathetic tiny copy of the AH-64 Apache. That’s why everyone is getting rid of the Tigers and replacing them with Apaches.
