    20$ ain’t nothing in VA. Minimum is 30+ unless you are married with two incomes.

      @ we get a lot of transplants from New York, New Jersey, West Virginia, Maryland, DC. It used to be the low cost place to live. Now it’s different.

    So if you own you're own home don't you still have to pay taxes oil to heat the house up and all the other bills of the house and home owners insurance amongst other stuff

      @@ishayaakov HOI is super cheap - if paid annually even cheaper - no oil in California - we use electricity, solar, heat pumps etc. that's about it.
      Now if you buy an old home there could be a list of things that need to be fixed! My mortgage is cheaper than the standard rent as we speak. 4 bedroom home for less than rent in a studio apartment 😲

      @@ishayaakov I'm Married and me and my wife have 1 son. Hoping for a 2nd child one day. We both pour into our finances so it makes it a lot easier to afford !
