Other family members want this child and love her.. You do not want a child as it would 100% change your life, and I guarantee mom will expect you move back to her country as she won't let her be taken so far away.. It's sad, but does sound like the little girl has excepted her mom's death. Which amazes me; and I wonder if she was more aware of mom's other lifestyle..
I can anser the question without even reading the whole post NTA Because if you didn't want the child it is the child who will feel unwanted and seeing how her mom abused or was toxic towards you, it could bring out pawt trauma ansd even project it towards the child well-being
