I love watching "Diary of a Mad Black Woman" because it teaches a very good lesson: Anger cuts deep. Helen (Kimberly Elise) had to learn how to forgive herself for her husband Charles (Steve Harris) and she learned that hating Charles and constantly inflicting verbal abuse on Charles wouldn't solve anything.
