My grandma back in Italy (Marche region) just turned 90, she looks 75, still does sudoku and crosswords and still working on her farm (quicker than me). Look into dr. Esselstyn studies on oils (including evo). It's well know now, even on yt you can find it. It damages the vein and arteries of our body causing heart diseases. He is an amazing medical cardiologist and doesn't sell oils. Wake up brother!

The dude doesn't look younger at all he looks like a man in his 60s who had a face lift and even then you can clearly see how bad his skin is. I got some for my mother as a Christmas gift and tried some myself. I can't say I've ever had such a profound flavor with regular olive oils found in store. Every Christmas has been hard to find a gift that she would actually enjoy, but I always see her buying the best olive oils, so I thought this was a win. Haha.

Inevitably rotating back to the original Mediterranean diet. Slowly but surely. Being born in Nice, France, I always watch attentively those 'experiments' to elaborate the best possible diet, and a few million dollars and pills later, it inexorably simplifies to 'olive oil'. Let me add then : predominantly fresh, local, in season, raw vegetables, fish, meat sporadically, plenty of water and daily walk, sun occasionally. There you got it. 100 years with a smile. It will never derail or improve from that :)

I'm from Croatia and we have some of the very best and most awarded olive oils in the world. Those olive oils have been winning gold medals all over the world for many years now. In particular, there is a region in Croatia called Dalmatia as well as the peninsula Istria where olives have been cultivated for over 2,000 years. The main reason why Croatian olives and subsequently extra virgin olive oils are so exquisite is the Mediterranean climate and the unique and rare soil where those olive trees are planted. Check them out, you will be amazed by the quality and flavor!
I can’t fully express how much I appreciate what this guy is doing. He spends his time and money pursuing and sharing something worthwhile. I’ve been trying to find GENUINE olive oil for more than a decade, and I’m stoked that he’s found it (< 3 yrs) and made it affordably available. Yes, the price for 2x 750ml incl. shipping to Australia is $167 AUD!! Have you checked Coles? At least here in Airlie Beach (North QLD) they've been selling the Cobram Estate "Ultra Premium Coratina" - BOLD Olive Oil? It's usually $20 per 500ml bottle. But they sometime have sales which brings it down to $15 or even $10. And the Olive oil seems to match the criteria.
Then is the cold pressed olive oil better in any way than just eating the fresh olives? Because in that case it sounds like the fresh olives have something less good in them than the oil.

@@lauramakin834 Most people don’t need olive oil, or any oils because most people are over weight… Getting your fats from hemp seeds/eggs is way more nutritionally dense and varied, versus just olive oil - which basically is devoid of everything except for polyphenols, which Bryan needs more than minerals, because he’s getting his minerals and vitamins from pills, which I don’t support. I’d rather get my minerals/fats from hemp seeds, and only use olive oil, if I’m skinny and could use the extra calories, which is very low amount of population. I think he has the view that he’s consuming less heavy metals, and contaminants by eating foods from a laboratory but he’s putting the trust of his health in the hands of corporations and that is always a recipe for disaster. I do think he is in the top three greatest health influencers out there so I respect what he’s doing and it’s not to discredit him. I just think my method is better and wanted to highlight why for him olive oil is necessary, but for most people (overweight), it’s actually detrimental.

I grow my own olive trees. I have 50 olive trees. Its the best olive oil region in the world where i life. Harvest every 2 years arround 200-300 liter.
I’ve read and heard about a lot of benefits from consuming Olive Oil, but I personally don’t feel any different consuming vs not consuming. Currently I consume more butter than I do Olive Oil.
Try the dry Mulberry 1 pack 500g. I double boil 1 sauce bowl dry Mulberries, 1 sauce bowl red dates (deseeded), 2 pcs dou chung (dry chinese wood bark), cut into small pcs according to its lines, full ceramic pot of water (1st boil), 2nd boil full pot too & mix the 1st (1.5 hours boil) and 2nd boil (1.5 hours boil). Dink 1 cup. Daily drink, balance in fridge till finish.
Well, if the secret sauce is in the polyphenols, then nothing will beat green olives themselves when it comes to polyphenol amounts, even the most carefully picked EVOO. If it's more about the oils, then maybe.
it's all about the logistics, overall cost and eating habits/culture. if you can harvest right time and preserve accordingly nothing beats including green/unmatured olives into the diet with all other fiber, calorie control benefits. importing olives as a whole to a market having no proper (late) breakfast and/or brunch/lunch culture with all water and fiber content left in it is just not profitable as rebranding the active nutrients as elixir of life in a bottle. Even making use of the perception of wine in a bottle having christian mythological subtext in it reinforced with resveratrol hype turned out be subpar in efficacy compared to other alternatives
@@asencyel what kind of market has no green olives? I'm from Northern Europe, and you can buy jar/can/plastic packet green olives year round here... And what do you mean by "active nutrients as elixir"? There's research papers on this, oil has about 2 to 4 times less polyphenols per unit of weight than cured green olives, so it's a very lossy 'elixir'.
that was precisely my point. just as the over hyped red wine, cold pressed oil becomes yet another marketing gimmick since it is inferior to green olive seeds themselves. i guess consumption of oil is convenient compared to actual seeds having a sour and distinct taste. many regions outside the main continent have eating habits with very limited place in their cusine for olive seeds. @@LVArturs
btw i was referring to edible green seeds being unmatured compared to dark salt/brine dried olive seeds that need a much longer period to loose their water content, oxidize and go through a chemical transformation @@LVArturs

Bryan. Please read this comment. From a fellow researcher in longevity and health. My family has been living for generations with esoteric knowledge. Most people ignore or ridicule me when I try and share. I have the cure for most cancers and certainly the most efficient diet. I really want to see you try it for a month or 2 and measure REALLY what happens. In laymen’s terms it’s called the carnivore diet. However, we eat the version with all animal products included too. And some (VERY LITTLE) fermented vegetables like sauerkraut. The key is to eat whenever you’re hungry and you end up fasting less than eating with carbs. You make your diet 55-70% fat.
No flipping chance my mom's grandpa lived to see 110 years old and in Morocco his basically galloping olive oil with bread until he died. Moroccans are known to eat it , I never thought of Olive 🫒 oil as a reason but dayuuum I will sure be eating that's the cheapest thing that I can buy recommended from you.

One youtuber/famous heart surgeon sells a comparable EVOO (at a higher unit price). Every olive oil I've ever store bought scores lower on a taste test than Snake Oil and famous doctor's. I'm fixing my diabetes, but parts of that take time. I've lost 15 lbs. with Snake Oil, and I'm coding again. Thanks again. I live in Slovenia - in a small village on the Slovenian coast (Mediteran) and almost every family here has its own olive trees. If anyone needs olive oil. The old is always cold pressed and made from our own olives from our olive trees. Some are over 200 years old. Alot of people tell me I look very young for the age of 31. Probably because i eat crazy amounts of olive oil haha. Liter per month or even more.

I love how you touch upon Dark Chocolate as I just recently read an article how bad it is as most brands are full of bad chemicals. I gave up all chocolate after reading this but now going to order me some. Another thing I am seeing is people pushing strawberries as a potential against developing Alzheimer's - but all the hype just mysteriously pass over that every year Strawberries test the highest for pesticides so high that they usually find more then 5 different pesticides on each test they do......

From Spain, I grew up consuming olive oil every single day. Yes it may be not as high as your standards but overall it's pretty good and I am thankful that my parents only cooked with it. Spaniards overall have a pretty good health... Or used to have, because now they are eating more fast food than ever.

I've always wanted to try it but have been put off because it seems pretty complex to get all of the right ingredients together. Yes, the price for 2x 750ml incl. shipping to Australia is $167 AUD!! Have you checked Coles? At least here in Airlie Beach (North QLD) they've been selling the Cobram Estate "Ultra Premium Coratina" - BOLD Olive Oil? It's usually $20 per 500ml bottle. But they sometime have sales which brings it down to $15 or even $10. And the Olive oil seems to match the criteria.
You'll have good olive oil orchards in Australia though right? Here in NZ we have plenty. Not with huge production but still some are of good quality.

Then is the cold pressed olive oil better in any way than just eating the fresh olives? Because in that case it sounds like the fresh olives have something less good in them than the oil.

I live in Canada and the shipping cost for the EVOO blueprint comes to 44$..I think there must be a way to make this more affordable and cost friendly for individuals living outside of the US.

I purchased this. Note the webpage suggests `free shipping` yet it was additionally the price of one of the bottles of olive oil extra to ship to the UK so total cost was 50% extra
I'm tempted to purchase this, but here in the UK we have access to some high quality olive oils. However, I can't stand olives or the oil, mine just sits in the corner until it goes out of date. I'm looking forward to a nutty pudding smoothie.

@@lauramakin834 Most people don’t need olive oil, or any oils because most people are over weight… Getting your fats from hemp seeds/eggs is way more nutritionally dense and varied, versus just olive oil - which basically is devoid of everything except for polyphenols, which Bryan needs more than minerals, because he’s getting his minerals and vitamins from pills, which I don’t support. I’d rather get my minerals/fats from hemp seeds, and only use olive oil, if I’m skinny and could use the extra calories, which is very low amount of population.
I think he has the view that he’s consuming less heavy metals, and contaminants by eating foods from a laboratory but he’s putting the trust of his health in the hands of corporations and that is always a recipe for disaster. I do think he is in the top three greatest health influencers out there so I respect what he’s doing and it’s not to discredit him. I just think my method is better and wanted to highlight why for him olive oil is necessary, but for most people (overweight), it’s actually detrimental.

I grow my own olive trees. I have 50 olive trees. Its the best olive oil region in the world where i life. Harvest every 2 years arround 200-300 liter.

Try the dry Mulberry 1 pack 500g. I double boil 1 sauce bowl dry Mulberries, 1 sauce bowl red dates (deseeded), 2 pcs dou chung (dry chinese wood bark), cut into small pcs according to its lines, full ceramic pot of water (1st boil), 2nd boil full pot too & mix the 1st (1.5 hours boil) and 2nd boil (1.5 hours boil). Dink 1 cup. Daily drink, balance in fridge till finish.

Well, if the secret sauce is in the polyphenols, then nothing will beat green olives themselves when it comes to polyphenol amounts, even the most carefully picked EVOO. If it's more about the oils, then maybe.
it's all about the logistics, overall cost and eating habits/culture. if you can harvest right time and preserve accordingly nothing beats including green/unmatured olives into the diet with all other fiber, calorie control benefits. importing olives as a whole to a market having no proper (late) breakfast and/or brunch/lunch culture with all water and fiber content left in it is just not profitable as rebranding the active nutrients as elixir of life in a bottle. Even making use of the perception of wine in a bottle having christian mythological subtext in it reinforced with resveratrol hype turned out be subpar in efficacy compared to other alternatives
@@asencyel what kind of market has no green olives? I'm from Northern Europe, and you can buy jar/can/plastic packet green olives year round here... And what do you mean by "active nutrients as elixir"? There's research papers on this, oil has about 2 to 4 times less polyphenols per unit of weight than cured green olives, so it's a very lossy 'elixir'.
that was precisely my point. just as the over hyped red wine, cold pressed oil becomes yet another marketing gimmick since it is inferior to green olive seeds themselves.
i guess consumption of oil is convenient compared to actual seeds having a sour and distinct taste. many regions outside the main continent have eating habits with very limited place in their cusine for olive seeds. @@LVArturs
btw i was referring to edible green seeds being unmatured compared to dark salt/brine dried olive seeds that need a much longer period to loose their water content, oxidize and go through a chemical transformation @@LVArturs

I have an interview with Jesus on my channel that I posted right before Christmas and he drinks a tablespoon every couple of hours or so. Jesus was the first person I ever met that was as into it as much as Bryan. Jesus seems to be doing great for his age too! I didn't even think to ask him how long he has been drinking oil like this. It was along trip and I had no idea I was going to be interviewing Jesus.

My family has been living for generations with esoteric knowledge. Most people ignore or ridicule me when I try and share. I have the cure for most cancers and certainly the most efficient diet. I really want to see you try it for a month or 2 and measure REALLY what happens. In laymen’s terms it’s called the carnivore diet. However, we eat the version with all animal products included too. And some (VERY LITTLE) fermented vegetables like sauerkraut. The key is to eat whenever you’re hungry and you end up fasting less than eating with carbs. You make your diet 55-70% fat.

I'm fixing my diabetes, but parts of that take time. I've lost 15 lbs. with Snake Oil, and I'm coding again. Thanks again. I live in Slovenia - in a small village on the Slovenian coast (Mediteran) and almost every family here has its own olive trees. If anyone needs olive oil. The old is always cold pressed and made from our own olives from our olive trees. Some are over 200 years old. Alot of people tell me I look very young for the age of 31. Probably because i eat crazy amounts of olive oil haha. Liter per month or even more.

I love how you touch upon Dark Chocolate as I just recently read an article how bad it is as most brands are full of bad chemicals. I gave up all chocolate after reading this but now going to order me some. Another thing I am seeing is people pushing strawberries as a potential against developing Alzheimer's - but all the hype just mysteriously pass over that every year Strawberries test the highest for pesticides so high that they usually find more then 5 different pesticides on each test they do......

From Spain, I grew up consuming olive oil every single day. Yes it may be not as high as your standards but overall it's pretty good and I am thankful that my parents only cooked with it.
