I need my alone time and time to wind down and be solitary.. I I sleep well and feel refreshed when I wake up. Previously when I was living alone I was going to sleep later and I usually sleep well. I think it's important to adjust your sleeping arrangements if your lifestyle changes. I was happy to discover my dental routine is similar as well.. I also look about 20 years younger than my age. He likely has dry eye because his diet is poor quality and non-species specific for humankind. It's actually quite common. I wouldn't follow his diet for any long amount of time if I were you. Remember he takes tens of supplents to account for all the nutrients he is missing from his diet, so are you doing that in order to make up for not eating sufficient animal food?

Nah. He's just self obsessed and OCD with money. "I put my lunch bag on the floor." You'd think with his super bolstered health and immune system he wouldn't be such a germ freak.

I love this. I really enjoyed the last segment, he touched on some subjects that were so deeply, painfully true and it's a solemn reminder that even people in positions to bring real change with resources at their disposal face a monumental uphill battle to bring those positive changes to fruition.

“Criticism” this is just a reflection of them not of you.
From an early age I was blown away how the body has the ability to heal itself, this is definitely taking it to another level. It is a joy to see the work and effort you and your team put into the project.
Best wishes for your future endeavours.

My view on Bryan has changed so dramatically since first discovering him, and as a ‘bio-hacker’ I feel awful for judging him so harshly at first. This man is not only incredibly balanced and intentional, he has clearly been through significant personal challenge in his life that has helped to form the person he is today. I hope to see much more of him on this journey.

You seem to admire exterme vanity. To spend $200,000 a year to fight aging and drink pills 4x a day every day to keep up is not admirable. It's vanity to the extreme.

Thank you for your work, your honesty, generosity and especially your authenticity. Just been watching your interviews and just wanted you to know that I think you’re definitely not weird and the world IS crazy. You are a revolutionary! Also, thank you for your philanthropy and your love of humanity to put yourself through all that you do. I’m excited to follow your protocol as best I can with my limited resources.
I even think your relationship criteria is understandable and absolutely essential in staying in alignment with your goals which must be an intimate partners goals as well, to make a relationship work long term. Good luck finding that one!
