  • Who's been on the insomnia recovery path for some time knows how tricky and paradoxical the whole situation is. To sleep, you need to stop trying, to stop trying - you need to show the brain that there is nothing to worry about and to do that we need to accept, and to do that... It may seem like a never ending cycle, but today I am going to show you how it ended for me.
