I have the same problem, it's a rubber grommet that covers the plug. Now I'm getting the p0300 random misfire.

Look like that system wire knocked off the rubber cap...its used on the enclaves something about a air actuated motor mount or sumn..i lost my cap when i did the rear spark plugs the 07 intake is different than 08 and newer system took me a while to figure out why it was running correctly jumped on the forums
