True, but he was pretty cruel to many people. Also, Dru never reformed; he betrayed his brother and stole his Minions, just because he was tired of Gru being a nice father and husband and not a villain.
The mouse is kind of an a**hole but villain is a stretch. He's selfish and doesn't care about the other characters, but he acts more neutrally. Just in it for himself. Not out to help or harm anyone else. Sing 1 didn't really have a villain. Just obstacles to overcome in a largely indifferent world.
One could argue the bears are the "villains" of Sing because they did pose an actual threat to the main cast (and possibly even killed Mike at the end of the movie since they grab onto his car and Mike is never seen again) unlike Mike who is really just self centered but doesn't pose an actual threat to anyone
I wouldn’t exactly call Vector too smart, as he failed to notice Gru actually stealing the Shrink Ray, and only payed attention to the girls selling him cookies, as well as brushing off the cookie he ate having broken circuitry and Gru disappearing quickly before he could spot him, both next to the vault and his living room, where he was watching a movie. His father scolded him for it.

i'd rank el macho #1 not for the PX-41, but for his prime. even if we didnt get much footage of el macho in his prime, it was enough to prove that he could just tank anything thrown at him, technology would be heavily outclassed by el macho's brute strength, added with his intelligence. el macho literally faked his death so that nobody would come looking for him while he secretly put his plan to take over the world into action, which he would've succeeded in doing had Dr Nefario not created an antidote, though the PX-41 did help with that plan, it was only used past el macho's prime, and in el macho's PX-41 form, i'd say he's still weaker than in his prime considering he was taken out by a fart gun, when in his prime was immune to poison, which probably means the fart gun wouldn't do anything to prime el macho. sorry for the long paragraph

i'd rank el macho #1 not for the PX-41, but for his prime. even if we didnt get much footage of el macho in his prime, it was enough to prove that he could just tank anything thrown at him, technology would be heavily outclassed by el macho's brute strength, added with his intelligence. el macho literally faked his death so that nobody would come looking for him while he secretly put his plan to take over the world into action, which he would've succeeded in doing had Dr Nefario not created an antidote, though the PX-41 did help with that plan, it was only used past el macho's prime, and in el macho's PX-41 form, i'd say he's still weaker than in his prime considering he was taken out by a fart gun, when in his prime was immune to poison, which probably means the fart gun wouldn't do anything to prime el macho.
