This LS swapped, supercharged & slammed Chevy Stepside C10 is just about ready for its very first fire! But first we have to get the start-up tune loaded onto our ECU with our new HP Tuners module, and get it programmed for our new fuel injectors. Once we get it started though, we're ready to cruise the blocks to get some logs in our computer to send over to our tuner AJ at Tuners Inc. After a couple spins around the neighborhood, we have enough base files to get this truck on the dyno for some full throttle tuning! Our friends over at Blow By Racing were able to hook us up onto the dyno to put down some numbers and boy were we happy with the outcome. After some fiddling with the tunes from AJ, we were able to push out over 600 hp from our supercharged LS motor before we maxed out our fuel pump! So, what's next for this slammed C10 Stepside? A new fuel system of course! That way, we can try to squeeze out even more power from our Whipple blown LS motor! But first, we definitely need to roast these tires with a few burnouts.

I'm not the biggest fan of Artillery Wheels and Really don't black wheels but those look GREAT on that truck! The gray centers really work.

Love the way that thing sounds. One thing that REALLY bugs me is that when people do this style of builds, the wheels don't go with the flow of the car or truck, but I think you guys nailed it!

Possibly put a small ice tank on it that would make a substantial difference in the air temps those blowers heat soak like a mug after a couple WOT pulls but hell yea guys truck came out fucking sick u guys killed it as always i love the setup i need something like this in my garage 💪🏼✔️🔥😎
If this truck was going to be hitting the track or doing some qt mile runs then definitely. But it's going to be more of a cruiser for the customer. The only real issue we're looking at with the high IAT right now is a little loss of power. But with those dyno numbers, we're not all too concerned. Thanks so much for all the support!

It sure is tempting for the LS compared to a Coyote factoring in the costs of the Coyote donor. 67 Bump owner here as well. 4.6 will more likely be my end goal. Cheers.

It's a supercharged LS3 with a custom exhaust dumped right behind the cab. It's probably a mix of all 3 of those things. If you're looking for the rumble, it's the LS3 with the exhaust. If you're looking for the whine, that's the 3L whipple supercharger!

Hope you don't plan on running E85, 850's on that combo are already gonna be close to maxxed out on 93 especially with a 3l on top of it and will be way over duty cycle on E. Should have went with 1300s at a minimum and tuned it in with those.
We should be able to get an easy 700 on the set up with a new pump. We're not really trying to push much more than that, especially on bags.
@@SalvagetoSavage Still gonna be pushing it on those and need to crank the fuel pressure up higher than it needs to be to keep the IDC under 100%, build is killer though been watching it from the start. Can't wait for the 84 K10 to progress too.

Which whipple would you guys recommend for a 5.3 engine?
Shoot a message to the guys over at Whipple. They'll be able to help you get the exact set up you need. It all depends on how much boost you're trying to run, how much motor work you have done, and the type of vehicle it's going into (truck, SUV, car, etc)

It's a 3 liter Whipple. Gotta go back and check the pulley size for ya though!

it took this long to say what it really was... not a ls3... anyone watching could see the vvti on the front ... ls3 has no vvti....
but with the vvt and dod removed, it's essentially the same as an LS3...
