I wonder if my aio is broken cause I’ve done this exactly as you’ve shown it here and the leds on my aio pump just flicker and definitely don’t seem synced with l-connect idk what else to do

Bro my motherboard has only 1argb header so this means if I connect my cabinet argb fans connector to my motherboard argb header to control my pre installed 160mm argb fans lighting, I can't use Lian Li UNI Fan SL comes with Galahad 360 cooler right? Because I don't have any other argb header on my motherboard To control those UNI fans lighting? Right? Please help me I want to sync all my fans lighting. Do I have to use both USB 2.0 and argb connection of the Galahad controller to my motherboard to work properly?
Yes and no technically there is no difference in cooling if you where to run the same cpu on both aio’s the uni fan edition is easier to cable manage and the fans have a longer life span

Yes, you buy how ever many fans you want. The Aio cooler comes with the fans for that unless you want to change those too. Besides that you buy all the other fans as well :)

Also, the split cable named “R” in the manual, it just says “connect to fan”, what does that mean? could that one plug into the cpu fan header? Any help is appreciated!

If U have 4 Sets of Fans then U need a 2nd Controller for the AIO. I have the Same with my build. Kinda sux but it is what it isxD(btw i am No expert in Computers, was First one build myself) maybe there is a other solution.
Mount the AIO on the top of the case with the tubes downward to the pump, it won't fix the issue entirely but will mitigate the air issue. The downside to this is that heat rises and will go upward through the radiator outward. Not great for CPU temps, but still will be the best way to resolve the issue, and if you're not having issues with CPU temps then it's still a win. Long story short you need to make sure the pump is lower than the top of the radiator where the tubes are coming from to mitigate the air issue. Connect usb 2.0 and install lian li rgb software to control

If you don't have Aio _pump then connect with cpu_fan

just bought it and they are v1, still very nice though.
You can later buy v2 fans and still them in tha AIO.

You can put fans on either side of the radiator. What ever configuration works best for your build !
