Slim Lake BWCA, Salvaging a windy trip!

If you love being outside and knowing the fun, weird, wild, and unknown parts of the forests, this is for you! We got our permits for the BWCA and we were super excited to do some camping and canoeing! We were fortunate to have Slim Lake all to ourselves! Thanks for the video. Great timing! 3 friends and I are bringing our children (all boys) at the end of July. Your video helps a lot to know which campsites to shoot for.

I’m glad you liked Slim lake and had fun...sorry about the wind, I figured you’d be blocked a little better than that. All your videos are awesome but this one is definitely my favorite so far. I can’t wait to go check out camp #4 some day, didn’t even know it was there. Lol

We just booked two more trips today for the first week of July. And doing a couple more in August. The trails more than made up for the wind.

I knew you’d enjoy the trails close by, that’s what makes it one of my favorites too. It’s even better in the winter!
