The talk about the environment was changing the atmosphere in the building and organization overall. he mentioned positivity and uplifting. going into a practice facility with dull vibes has an effect on if you get better. also talked about performance staff a lot. He needs to put together a full season of the same numbers and be healthy. The only issue I have in paying Cade is he has never played 70 games in a season yet

@@KamalAbdulJabbaar No he's probably just bulking to gain muscle. Better to do it during the offseason and have time to shed the extra weight before the start of the season.
Welcome back Ku, but I’m going to rain a little on your signing parade. Hardaway and Beasley have nearly identical shooting stats as Bojan and Burks did for the Pistons last season. They also both played on teams with guys who have even more gravity than Cade to get easy shots, so I expect their numbers to slump a little. What they do provide is better availability, but it’s not like the Pistons were lighting it up when Bojan and Alex were available. And if we are relying on them for spacing what does this mean for the development of our young guys who need the playing time?
I also share some of these concerns you’ve listed, but it seems like these players (Beasley, THJ, Tobias, and maybe more new additions) will be played in place of the young guys in order to create balanced lineups if must be-which gives me the glimmer of hope
Man, what a lame take on Cade. Stirring division, stress, worry and angst over nothing. Geez, just let life unfold naturally vs get stressed out about every possible outcome. I'm sorry, but it's just boring. The other topics are much more interesting.
Yeah Ku is panicking, I mean he's a very good player trust your eyes. Besides imagine signing a contract like that dude has accomplished his financial goal now all he gotta do is keep putting up the numbers the team is in good hands now, chill
Ku, you really piss me off with your constant disrespect of Troy's time here. While Troy made some questionable moves (signing & waving 100 big men) his ability to draft solid players and not spend a bag on marginal players just for short term gains can't be under appreciated (which you consistently do). Even when Troy got the bigs on the roster this season, Monty refused to play them, which probably lead to them quietly asking Troy to release them. The biggest difference I see right now is that the POBO has been allowed to function early in his position, whereas the out going GM was never allowed to do so. You need to do better Ku!
Weaver provided the Pistons with the best draft homegrown players it’s had since the 80s and 90s. Wanna see worse GMs-look at Cavs drafting Dion Waiters and Anthony Bennett. look at Sacramento last 15 yrs before 2021. Just be glad Weaver’s gone but don’t rewrite history
Where are the solid players that Troy drafted? While lot of potential, but right now maybe 1.5 - 2 solid players. What picks did he make right that weren’t totally obvious? How many were misses that are no longer here?
What was their option? Let him walk as a free agent after this season and extend the tanking another 3 years? He wasn’t signing a non max to stay with the worst team in the league.

Hopefully it helps him play faster and with more aggression

@@florida1289 part of his problem finishing at the rim is he wasn’t going fast enough to pressure the defense as well.

His assists should go up now since he got some shooters …
Hardaway, Beasley, and Harris shoot the same percentages as Bogdonovic, Burke, and Stewart did with the Pistons last year.
The new shooters shoot the same % as the old shooters
Cunningham will play about 45% of games, which is his average since being drafted. 22 wins.

The owner doesn't care about the Pistons. This is just a cash game with this guy. This is why they're mostly not a winning program.
