    After 3 months owning one, i'm also very happy. for 40k€ i got the top level version, leather seats, panoramic roof etc (u need this roof, it gives a much brighter inside) > something i would have paid 60k with a different brand

    He complained that its hard to Park in town then he complains that you have to pay for the 360 camera, over the standard rear camera, sheesh there's no pleasing some people, keep doing what your doing skoda it's a brilliant car well done, use this as your first electric ev with a 65kw pack and you'll have a winner again

    Always big fan of your review. I bought at least two cars after following your long term reviews. They have never let me or my family down. Just one question, in the original Autotrader review the seat down storage space is 2000+L but here is is down to 17xxL. is that depending on the trim? Or spare wheel vs pucture repair kit?

    Hello, I enjoyed your review. My Skoda has been rejected due to numerous faults. Another one is coming, well I say coming. It cannot be built until the 2.0TSi DSG Specification car can actually be built. But WLTP emissions will at present not allow this as it cannot pass the tests!!!! One point that I think you need to correct, you say the sheer size of the car is big and may be difficult to park. Length of the Kodiaq ia 4697 - 4705 mm SMALL compared to the Skoda Superb Hatchback at 4861 mm. Cheers.

    You've made a mistake with the gearbox choice, because when diesels are paired with the DSG you get a much more quiet ride, because it constantly shifts at low rpm and keeps you in the optimal torque range. Manuals are better with the 1.4 petrol choices.

    • @joshbacon8241
      @joshbacon8241 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Not only that, but unlike its DSG equivalent, the 2.0 TDI 150PS 4x4 7 seater version of the Kodiaq with a *6 speed manual gearbox* isn't certified for towing.
      But why is this? I mean, there must be a reason as to why the manual version of this engine and drivetrain combination with 7 seats can’t tow at all... 🤔

    Yes those nails need cut.. Does his wife enjoy them? Will he react for the next video?
    OK diesel not my thing either but consumption from a petrol on this size of car would be high. Perhaps a diesel or petrol hybride for town driving - if skoda are reading.?
    Think that the camera pack and auto box are essential for this type of vehicle.
    No mention of reliability in the review?

  • @richard8241

    Nice to see all the seats down... Though, as usual with reviews.. Nobody carry's a tape measure or just says.. Seat down inside it's...CM long and .... CM wide... I really can't understand why 98%..? Of "carrying vehicle " reviews never give the measurements... A main factor of why it would be bought..

    Why isn’t the 2.0 TDI 150PS 4x4 7 seater version of the Kodiaq with a *manual gearbox* certified for towing like its DSG equivalent? How come Škoda decided NOT to approve that version for towing?

    • @ianibbeson2453

      I did wonder about this as we nearly brought a kodiaq when they first came out . Sat down at the dealers to purchase the car informed him of the spec and said tow bar , he then informed us the car could not tow so we brought a Mitsubishi Outlander BIG mistake . We now have a Kodiag 150 Sel with DSG gearbox and a tow bar . We have just come back from France and drove all the way back in one hit , Have not felt so fresh after driving fourteen hours . We are impressed .

    • @gregft1979
      @gregft1979 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      actually much better than I thought. I take it to snow fields and dirt tracks, without any problem. However better take the option "underbody protection" as the ground clearance is not the best in the category. Also the reasonable price means you're not going mental thinking you'll have 1 or 2 scratches
