No issues with the audio, it is nice to see the beautiful places you are at, the sea for example today with your teaching. I have a couple of questions, I heard about the meta vibration and I couldn’t find anything about it, could you please elaborate about it? Or someone can tell me what is it about? Also, I don’t know how to tell which emotion belongs to which element, how can I tell? Should I feel it in my body and categorize it accordingly? Also for the praying, how do I do it with the other elements? How can I place it on the elements and then put it on me? I guess with the water is easier as I drink it. Thank you for all this information!!
Yea, Im confused because you mention Humility is Earth, Devotion is Water, but then say Sacredness is Air? But reverence (must be fire?) comes before Sacredness… I thought the vibrational scale goes Earth > Water > Air > Fire?
