I've had multiple questions answered through my mind by my higher self. Once they were answered that way I had no questions or doubts whatsoever about the answers. Since I started meditating I silenced the mind or become completely quiet I only feel a pulsating vibration in my mind but I don't receive thoughts any ore I only create them.
Wake up early, no later than 5am, sit in stillness with no interference, send out prayers for All, oneself, Life. Cold shower, eat little to no sugar, spend as little time online as possible, be in nature as much as possible, listen in for the silence and there U will hear God speak.
Or hallucinations 😂 there is no time requirement on meditation before 5 am just less thoughts traveling on 4d. If you master yourself you can speak to your higher self or source any time. Everything in moderation. No need for such restrictions. Enjoy yourself, have fun, experience, elevate your viberation are equally important

I'm 72 years old. In 2019 I had a spontaneous lucid dream. Lucid dreaming then led me to tantric buddhist practices, in particular Inner Heat Yoga. This taught me how to dissolve to emptiness. This connected me to Source. Since then many amazing things have happened as I have asked to be shown more and more. I have now been shown this amazing channel.
An insanely simple truth. I have heard preachers say that “god is closer to you than you are to yourself.” At the time, I thought that was simply, God created me, so he’s like Santa. When in truth, through my meditations and visualizations, I have experienced that closeness. Like a subtle touch. Great information. 🙂 thank you.
One thing I’ve noticed as a mentally ill person is that - sometimes over identifying with your monkey brain/thoughts gives access for the “devil” or your shadow self, fears, etc. to come through and take charge of your mind and your thoughts. It is very tricky to get out of this loop, but if and when you can, it is so beneficial and will help you to move on and move through the world without all the fears/shadows.
Sarah, I don’t know if you have experience with mental illness, but it would be amazing to hear you talk about anxiety and how it can get in the way of our communication with source, similar to this video but more about fears, shadows, and what we consider the “devil” rather than over identifying with our left brain!

Yes. I had repressed trauma and experienced a traumatic situation with my own daughter. I got lost in all of it. Intense spiritual experiences were o ershadowed by my own fear and self denial. Took me over 3 years to find my way back to myself.
I now realise that meditation has made my mind more subtle and I'm able to hear the communication from the divine within. Thank you for the great video as always.

This video is really freaking timely... I was SO frustrated yesterday because I have been shown that I am supposed to be able to heal myself (and others) at the highest level possible in physical reality using Higher Energy, and promised by Divine that I will have wealth/success so I don't need to think/worry about money or being limited, but it still hasn't happened... Its freaking frustrating and difficult for sure. I need to hear this a few more times.
I've come to realize now more than ever just how interconnected the Collective Consciousness really is. I’m with you. Much to ponder here. Thoughts are communications from Source. Wow, that tells me that achieving a relaxed state is secondary to achieving a connection with source by dropping into the vastness of the heart. I can do that, but failed to realise what that then enabled. I thought a quiet mind without thought was the goal.
I'm a 59-year-old 'south-paw.' Early on, the nuns referred to me as the ''devil's child'' (the saying never stuck.) Your video has helped me to understand more about my own personal psyche... and why I'm always viewing life from a different perspective than most of my peers. While I am ADD, perhaps there's more to why I will most often fail to recognize many components of a story... while exposing hidden meanings ...& not those in the Cliff Notes! I swear that every time I have an "Aha Moment" and I realize a new truth, you come up with a video about a week later to confirm my new realization! I have been following you since you put out your first video back in 2021 and it is like clockwork! I just realized last week that I am my higher self and I have been all along, but I had to learn it in a progressive way before I could understand the truth. There is no separation. I realized it internally, not intellectually and it really blew me away!
When I was starting out on my spiritual journey, I also expected hair-metal punchy experiences. Now that I've matured, I also find that whatever I do experience is far more subtle but powerful in its own way.

Life is a mirror, always pointing back to us. We are looking for source out there, the whole time we've been source looking in the mirror, not realizing it was seeing itself the whole time. Too focused on the mirror itself, or on the individual parts it sees in the reflection. Zoom out, and you see your whole self. Source. Experiencing itself. Do not leverage law of one to keep the unware inside this matrix to maintain it's existence. My theory, many have already made it out and this matrix is misdirecting the very few remaining here to maintain it's operation, the rest are all npc attempting to trap individuals in religious ideology that will keep them here. I've seen the reflections and they only pertain to what was thought by myself previously, not the other way around. New info no longer seems to come from the external realm only my internal that is being reflected back at me. I get close to leaving this matrix and the external world begin to breakdown in fractals? I look forward to your videos every week. There’s a reason the voice of spirit is called "the still small voice;" it’s not loud, it doesn’t hit you over the head. It was a therapist 30 years ago who pointed out to me that Spirit speaks to me thru my writing, my journal entries. As I shared my journal entries with him, he noticed that I’d ask a question and then a few lines later, the answer would show up. The same is true today. I can either journal my thoughts and feelings or I can engage in direct dialogue with my inner being by using a practice known as ‘automatic writing’ in which you use your dominant hand to write out a question and with your non-dominant hand you respond to the question. But first you must clear out the analytical brain’s attempts to answer that question.
I’m going through an awakening now, I don’t know how long for but what seems to be going on is it’s also unlocked mediumship skills, and I’ve already had very intense interactions with spirit, where I thought I was going crazy seeing things and a specific person, what’s more, is that this person was quite famous in history and it confused the life out of me oh and I’m a reincarnation of someone who knew her well in life. It’s very overwhelming, thankfully I have medium friends who have been able to help walk me through it

Exactly when i berate myself of having a weak mind and not being able to fully focus on what a spiritual teacher is talking about, the thought that comes up is exactly what the teacher brings about in matter of seconds! This is excellent and though I understand the mind science this video gives me new perspective on my practice. When I practice presence meditation the goal is to get so present with Spirit I lose the personal identity (I'm not a name or a body, I'm energy, Spirit) and I find the spaces of non-existance within existence (or "The Void"). Physical reality, like everything within it is energy and all energy is wave..there are crests and troughs so "reality" is really an interplay of reality (crest) and non-reality (void) and I found if I can find the non-existence within existence helps me to create whole brain awareness and access my intuion to better speak to Source. The Ego isn't lying, it's giving you feedback...what you're feeling is the feedback out of context or consideration of what it's actually doing...we tend to conclude that those thoughts must be the "reality"...on their own, that is the only way we can interpret them....but in conjunction with the actual truth, they are simply showing the extent to which we are not immersing ourselves into our own Source...The Source. Once finally realised and accepted, we then come to understand that the Source is in others too. So....how would Source treat Source??😊❤ Once I realised this balance between Ego and Source, as this video so beautifully posits, my life changed in so many beautiful ways...💖😮

While I am ADD, perhaps there's more to why I will most often fail to recognize many components of a story... while exposing hidden meanings ...& not those in the Cliff Notes! I swear that every time I have an "Aha Moment" and I realize a new truth, you come up with a video about a week later to confirm my new realization! I have been following you since you put out your first video back in 2021 and it is like clockwork! I just realized last week that I am my higher self and I have been all along, but I had to learn it in a progressive way before I could understand the truth. There is no separation. I realized it internally, not intellectually and it really blew me away!

Life is a mirror, always pointing back to us. We are looking for source out there, the whole time we've been source looking in the mirror, not realizing it was seeing itself the whole time. Too focused on the mirror itself, or on the individual parts it sees in the reflection. Zoom out, and you see your whole self. Source. Experiencing itself. This is a really challenging truth to point to, and not everyone can wrap their mind around it...or put it into words when you get it. You did great! I look forward to your videos every week. There’s a reason the voice of spirit is called "the still small voice;" it’s not loud, it doesn’t hit you over the head. It was a therapist 30 years ago who pointed out to me that Spirit speaks to me thru my writing, my journal entries. As I shared my journal entries with him, he noticed that I’d ask a question and then a few lines later, the answer would show up. The same is true today. I can either journal my thoughts and feelings or I can engage in direct dialogue with my inner being by using a practice known as ‘automatic writing’ in which you use your dominant hand to write out a question and with your non-dominant hand you respond to the question. But first you must clear out the analytical brain’s attempts to answer that question.
I’m going through an awakening now, I don’t know how long for but what seems to be going on is it’s also unlocked mediumship skills, and I’ve already had very intense interactions with spirit, where I thought I was going crazy seeing things and a specific person, what’s more, is that this person was quite famous in history and it confused the life out of me oh and I’m a reincarnation of someone who knew her well in life. It’s very overwhelming, thankfully I have medium friends who have been able to help walk me through it

I'm too new at all this to recall proper nomenclature but,the first thing I thought of when(I think) you said that the right and left brain should be more balanced(?)/in synch with each other, was the pranayama practice of alternate nasal breathing. I'm starting to trust myself more in these things,knowing I have so much to learn. And un-learn.

This is excellent and though I understand the mind science this video gives me new perspective on my practice.
When I practice presence meditation the goal is to get so present with Spirit I lose the personal identity (I'm not a name or a body, I'm energy, Spirit) and I find the spaces of non-existance within existence (or "The Void"). Physical reality, like everything within it is energy and all energy is wave..there are crests and troughs so "reality" is really an interplay of reality (crest) and non-reality (void) and I found if I can find the non-existence within existence helps me to create whole brain awareness and access my intuion to better speak to Source. I hope this comment helps someone. Happy Samhain, happy Halloween.

There is no separation...... The ego tells a lot of lies, can you trust that voice in your head ?

The Ego isn't lying, it's giving you feedback...what you're feeling is the feedback out of context or consideration of what it's actually doing...we tend to conclude that those thoughts must be the "reality"...on their own, that is the only way we can interpret them....but in conjunction with the actual truth, they are simply showing the extent to which we are not immersing ourselves into our own Source...The Source.
Once finally realised and accepted, we then come to understand that the Source is in others too. So....how would Source treat Source??😊❤
