Also, I know you said you don't like horror, but I think you would love to breakdown Dead Friend Forever. It's not an extreme horror at all, no jump scares or anything, but a little freaky (in more ways than one, lol) at times. But it starts out as a bit campy/basic horror stereotypes but then really comes with a bunch of twists and turns with an amazing ending! And I think people miss a lot because you don't care to breakdown the characters at the beginning and don't realize until wayyy later how important certain actions and things were.
If you're looking for another show to do this kind of format with I highly recommend Manner of Death. I just finished watching it a week ago and let me tell you, it is quite the ride. It's a murder mystery show about a medical examiner investigating his friend's death with the help of his dead friend's colleague/friend. It's an adaptation of a book written by the writer for 4 minutes (Sammon). It is well written, engaging, and ripe for theorizing (as long as you avoid spoilers). Give it a look. Even if you don't decide to do any videos on it you'll have a Great Tyme watching (finger guns). I'll . . . see myself out.

For the rocks, it’s two different rocks and bodies. The first rock is the one used to kill Dome, therefore it has Title’s DNA on it. And that’s the one Win learns about this episode. THEN, when it’s obvious that he’s not going to get in trouble for it, Tonkla goes after Title and Great. That’s when the second body is found (killed the same way: a rock). And that’s the DNA Win learns about in like episode three, that it was Tonkla who killed Title. Everything dealing with Tonkla and Win are the original timeline. In Great’s “4 minutes” timeline, Tonkla and Win never meet because Dome lives. Hope that helps it make sense.
I don't think any scene we've seen of Tonkla has been in Great's timeline, because Great had no idea who Tonkla was. I think all the Tonkla stuff has been the OG timeline, and things happened similarly enough for Korn to still fit with what we expected.

When Tyme is visiting Great in the hospital and asks Great to forgive him, those are the same words that appeared on the cup of Thai tea that Tyme gives Great at the University in ep 2. I think at the end Tyme started his own 4 minutes past. I don't know how I feel about that (if it's true) because even though I think it would be very interesting to see Tyme's path to how we got to this point WE DON'T HAVE TIME! There is ONE episode left and we've only gotten more questions. I think Tyme and Great are going to meet in the mind palace type place where Lukwa and Great met. Tyme might have to pull Great from the brink of death or vice versa. In the end I think that due to Tyme and Great's messing with fate so much reality will be altered permanently and the ending will be a mix of all the timelines. Otherwise I will be very disappointed if Great/Tyme wakes up (or not :/) and nothing they changed stuck making the first 5 episode pointless. I swear if we don't get a happy ending I will be right there next to you fighting whoever is responsible (hyperbolically). We can tag team them. PS Little Great is so tiny and adorable. I want to put him in my pocket.

I hope Tyme isn't in his own flashback loop now, because we don't have time with only 1 episode left 😫 I'm worried I've been enjoying the show SO much and think it's SO good, the ending will disappoint me since I'm so hyped for it. I hope not! I'm trying to manage my expectations... Even if the happy ending is them both being together in their weird vision land while their bodies both die... I'd be ok with that... also Tonkla should go open like a black market business of some kind 😂 I wonder what kind of freelance work he did before his life went up in flames... Normally, I HATE the "they knew each other as children but only one of them remembers" trope... but I will say again, it can be done well! And I liked it here. Again, I kind of hope neither of them actually remember because I like that more. If Tyme did remember Great, I do think it was after they got closer. Because their first meeting when he learned his name was genuine surprise.
@@drama.landia I think I could accept a bitter sweet ending like you described. It would fit the overall vibe of the show but I would def be crying. Since I'm new to BL live action dramas and Asian television in general, I haven't seen much of the "they met as kids trope" but I've heard a bunch of people complain about it to realize what was happening. The show has been pretty good with avoiding tropes so they're allowed to have this one as a treat. I do agree that it would be best that neither of them remembers it though.

Any trope can be done well with the right story and writing, but most BL scriptwriters don’t take the time & care to make it work. They just throw it in there. Big Dragon & La Pluie are the 2 worst offenders I can think of off the top of my head for that trope in particular.
I don't know how this series could possibly end. I just hope that poor Tonkla doesn't end up in Jail for avenging his brother's death. 😭😭. I'm also not loving the just for the plot actions this story is taking either. I like this story but it's honestly just lazy writing.
