- Hey Guys! This is my third Time Planting this Flowerbed. The soil is Naturally Dry and Full of Roots From Massive Willows along my Flowerbed. Third time is a charm! Hostas, Goatsbeard, heuchera, Ajuga (GroundCover), Tri-Color Beech, and Japanese Maples are great for an area like this. Many can handle these conditions as long as they get watered throughout the gardening season. I added fine-mulch for keeping in moisture and its great weed control. It also breaks down quickly and acts like a compost for the soil! Awesome. Hopefully This Video helped you find some confidence in planting some of your own flowerbeds with similar conditions! Thanks For Watching! Zone 6b

That’s pretty cool that you can water your plants from the river right next door. 🚿
So cool! I LOVE the river. I’m so lucky.
It's going to look so good when it fills in. I hope you uodate us when you out the pavers in.
