Yum that’s one awesome meal for sure! Save me a spot at the table! What yummy beef and irresistible noodles! I like the mention of the different cuts of beef you could use. Well done!
Thank you! This is really simplified method using pho seasoning tastes great! I have another recipe with fresh ingredients from scratch for an entire family - haven't filmed that one yet! Hopefully soon when it's a bit cooler :)
Haha! It was really tasty, I wouldn’t normally make this dish for my whole family like this, but I can see some people - travellers, dorms maybe small businesses wouldn’t mind knowing how to do it like this!
thank you so much for this! I just received my itaki pro and am looking for recipes for lunch at my new job. this is definitely going into rotation. :)
I can’t wait for my itaki to arrive. Do you have this pho recipe where I can follow the written instructions. Can I add all the ingredients at the start of my shift n cook it at the start of my shift at work n it still be warm? I usually only get a 30 min break so I’m concerned that it may take 30-40 min to cook if I start it on my break. Unfortunately I can’t leave my work space early to turn it on n come back to it. Any helpful tips n suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Haha!!! Thanks! I usually could eat just a small or medium, but i always go for large because then my husband eats the rest of mine on top of his own!!
Appreciate the comment! Personally I have always managed to brown the beef when I make this recipe. You could also push the beef deeper into the broth to make sure the meat is extra cooked. However this is a great comment and you bring up a good point regarding food safety. If you have concerns, a few tips to make sure the beef is properly cooked: ⁃ Make sure the meat is very thinly sliced! Freezing the meat slightly beforehand will help to ensure the meat won’t tear when cutting it this thinly ⁃ Blanche the meat in kettle boiled water as you say. ⁃ Alternatively, you could just add the meat at the beginning instead of at the end, but you might overcook the meat. These tips are not directed to you specifically but for other viewers who may want to have this information. Thanks again for watching!

Taste is great! Used a seasoning pack, using fresh veggies/herbs to make the stock would be so inefficient for 1-2 people :)

Itaki Pro Electric Lunch box recipes
This. Was. Outstanding.
Beware: water doesn't get hot enough to brown meat, so cook beforehand in boiling kettle water
