  • In this video, I show you how I prepare my veggies. I do this about 2 times a week. I eat the veggies with rice, with eggs or I eat them straight up.

      Yeah, I wash them with sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) to detoxify them from any chemicals and residue

    You need to wash your produce, some times there are worms or bugs among them. Mrs dash is good too.

    I hope pans are not Teflon. All the cutting on the pans would disturb all the Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) and leech into food.

    I happened to come across one of your videos - Daily Flow Training and was so excited to learn more. This rushed cooking turned me off. I guess that's why it's important to take the good and leave the 'bad', just my opinion. Best.

    May be yr vegan diet help yr body skin tone fresh youthful healthy sexy now. Try eat or make Vietnamese vegan food, taste amazing and healthy due they use lot fresh herbs and veggies but still taste amazing and affordable. On my instructions list.

    if you bake your vegetables in the oven for long it'll come out all shrivel up man. better to just stir fry it in pan.

      baking on low temp. reserves more of the nutrients. frying it on high heat kills a lot of the veggies nutrients. Also, baking on a lower temp allows you to set it and forget it
