Absolutely agreed with the cod? Very good eating , I some times say, they are poormans trout? A lot of fishermen say they stink and a slimy to fillet but I personally like a feed of the Gold spot , I would of kept him too✅
Great footage and a magical place. Been going there for a number of years around may. The black jew pull hard but we try not the catch them as the eating quality varies greatly imo. We mainly chase the reds, nannies and trout.
