It would be nice if your demonstration was more thorough.. Do you shampoo, then what, blow out, or put keratin on hair. How long you leave it in, etc. What you showed wasn't helpful at all.
3 - 6 months depending on how often you wash your hair. It shouldn’t “damage” your hair/curl pattern because it’s not a chemical treatment. I don’t think you have to do anything special to maintain it. (I just got my first one a few days ago and am loving the results 🤭) I went to a professional tho!
wash hair few times, wash with salt free products, apply keratin based leave in then use heat such as blow drying to activate it and don’t leave hair without brushing for too long as it would get matted due to the heavy smoothing coating
