- The Celts were famed for their prowess in war. They were fierce warriors who used iron to make weapons, armour and chariots. They often fought against rival Celtic tribes, holding huge feasts and banquets that lasted for days to celebrate victories. Celtic warriors fought for personal glory in battle!

Despite everything maybe in spite of everything there is a wildness that remains on the heart of every true celt. Our age is fast approaching
I hear the horns and drums and a fire rises from my nape and arms
The Celtic people weren’t the peace loving people they’re portrayed to be. They were a hard people living in a harsh land. The Pictish were especially known for being unforgiving foes to the Roman’s, but the Caledonians from modern Ireland were just as harsh.
It's just the way of history in general I feel like
The whole celts were farmers is not fully bs but its made out as if they done nothing else but farm
Before romans you have gallic invasions of dacian tribes celts were at war with each other all the time
It was rare celts took prisoners most were sacrificed
An extract from romans invasion of dacian celts says they would kill our prisoners and drink their blood they strapped their heads to their horses
Celtic people were in all of France parts of Spain, Czechia amd central anatolia.
Noy just Ireland and Scotland/Wales...
Never heard an account of them being peaceful. If they scared the Romans then obviously they weren't all sunshine and rainbows.
Resistance against the Roman’s is reasonable. It doesn’t end well for those who’re forgiving to an invading army trying to occupy the land they’re indigenous to.
Although Gauls and Romans came to share a culture before the Franks came along
Love this music
Love these beats,
Love to hear them
On repeats!
Freedom don't let them deny your rights
Il suono del corno iniziale è da brividi...
Yeah im going to need more of this here
Her biri ayrı ayrı enfes 🤌 Türkiye'den selamlar.
Greetings brother!
I wonder if they had Carnyces in Galatia which is now in Turkiye
My part of Britain we belonged to the iceni tribe boudicca our Queen.
Funny that no one really knows if any Boudicca ever existed
@MadMatTom7769 the Romans really hated her as well as Cleopatra so they often didn't emphasis her, notice they even heavily recorded Germanic history accurately even though they were bitter enemies.😊
Unless you're Welsh, your ancestors were probably responsible for the death of the last Britons.
How would you know you're not of invader Germanic blood?
@@SiGa-i1r The English people are most likely a genetic and cultural mix of Germans and Britons, as much as the Scots and Irish would love to claim otherwise. There is actually comparatively little evidence of fighting between the Britons and the arriving Angles, Saxons and Jutes beyond some biased accounts written centuries after the migrants first landed and settled in the area that would become England, certainly not enough to suggest a full-blown invasion as has often been parroted.
Great job for uploading the video. I m very grateful. Gave you the like!
I adore the sound of the carnyx ❤
We need more of the ancient Celtic bands . Like the norse have werdruna ( if thats how its spelled) and others.
I agree with you brother!
Time for the Celts to rise once more!
Check out eluveitie, they're awesome
And the frontman with afro hair lol so 'culturally accurate'
Pure ur-ordische Musik - without electric guitar metal trash 👌🏻👍🏻
I love this for inspiration. I'm worldbuilding a sci-fi galactic setting and my main human faction has a sort of space Celtic/Arthurian Britain theme going on. I'm trying to pull from many different parts of their history for inspiration, and music is no exception. Great stuff here!
Would love to see a 40k spacemarine chapter that had some celtic undertones.
If you want to listen to “Celtic Battle Music” listen to an early performance of The Chieftans ‘The Morning Dew’! It always makes me want to harness up my ponies, grab a couple of spears and join “The little Hound ! 🤪 Joking apart it portrays the best interpretation of ancient warfare that one could wish for.
Dam this fine
Il manque ca dans asterix 😂
We are Celts
I'm looking at buying a brass carnyx for $400 made in india on ebay. Do you know if these are any good or does the cheap price reflect a risky or poor purchase.
To be honest im not sure about this but you can also search on Etsy i found some brass Carnyx there also with good reviews.
@@King_Ulf Will do thanks for the reply.
Hi, im a Carnyx Player, the Indian Carnyx are pretty good actually the tuning and range are good and they forge them from replica moulds , you may have dôme finishing issues to deal with but the instruments are solid to the mould, note thé breton Carnyx has a trumpet sized mouthpiece the scottish more a trombone size , the breton Carnyx to get that full range you play with TWO ompiture, pinched trumpet ompiture for thé screech and upper range and a lax lip liké a euphonium ompiture for the low growling notes, the trick when playing is the speed you can switch your ompiture from one to the other . You need both, many folk playing them.todat fail to do this which leaves thé sound unfinished, lacking.
What is the movie name? 🙏

Irish and scots bullied vikings along with the native americans who bullied vikings
Wrong. Only ones were the Welsh 🏴
@alynwillams4297 no because wales was raided over and over again by vikings lol
@@sirblank2384 it wasn’t. The Vikings didn’t get a foothold in Wales. They were pushed back time after time and even had to pay to use rivers into England at one point.
@alynwillams4297 they didnt try to get a foothold just raided them for fun
@@sirblank2384 they didn’t tho. They failed and one of their leaders was killed in north wales. They struggled here time after time.
Godzilla attacks Japan
What were their pronouns though?
Sad life eh
Tell me, if Jesus was the son of Man, does that mean men can have babies?
Why's it matter?
Go troll elsewhere, I'm tryna vibe with my ancestors.
Their pronouns were whatever meant he/him to their language, because unlike us modern folk who define our lives by are genitals and feelings, they actually had ideals and an actual strong father figure in their lives.
@@necrosteel5013 actually no, the ancient copper and iron age people literally castrated themselves to serve the temples and god
The third gender is literally the most sacred, and closest to God
You're just mindlessly parroting virtue signals that have zero basis in reality
You need to grow up
