I'm in the UK and as part of a recent estate sale of a horse riding school, a barn (garage) find Mini Moke in original but pretty rusty condition and in need of a full restoration sold for £12,000. I am sitting here drooling at some of your cars Steve, you have a serious collection there.

I've always had a heart for the Morris Minor trucks. Would love to see that fully restored sometime. Especially since I've never seen steering on the left.

All good cars in that batch. Funny watching the camera shake with the little cars! I like the Vixen the lights on the rear were fitted to the Mk 2 Ford Cortina here in the UK . They were also used on some other kit cars. Nice video again Steve and thanks. 👍

Of that batch I think my favorite is the baby blue Sprite.
My XJ6 Series 2 ... same colour as yours, also has a rusted fuel tank. There wouldn't be many without this problem in their life!

I guess you only use non ethanol fuel in your car collection. Are you making notes as you do the cold starts to remind you which cars in your collection might need further work in the near future? Now is the time to plan some future videos for those of us that follow you regularly. Nice collection you have. By the way the Red Porsche 356 would look great at my place. Or if you had an old 912 that would work also....haha. Carry on my friend.

Have you ever met or do you know about Rob Myers up in Chatham Ontario? I saw his car collection several years ago and then in 2018 met him in person thanks to a relative of mine.
My grand father used to be an amateur racer and the car he raced was a 1957 and 1959 Austin Healy
I wish All the cars was on the road. Sell the ones you don't drive to some young people that can keep the old cars and passion going

It would be good if each roadworthy car in your collection could actually be driven outside at least once a year.
They are why would you think they aren't. Most all of them have appeared driving in one of my videos at some point. Each day I drive a different one home.
@@ThisWeekWithCars I thought you mentioned some of them hadn’t been driven for a number of years. Maybe I misheard but anyway it’s great to know they do get used and I know you are not the type of guy to just wrap them up in cotton wool and never use them.

What exhaust is on the Zzap 280z? It sounds great and I'd like that for mine. I have headers but the muffler tames them a bit.
I was wondering if the SUVs in the background were going to get a chance, and then you caught them at the end.
Is it my imagination or did the bigger vehicles all start easier? I guess they aren't race tuned.
The American cars have accelerator pumps in the carbs which means you can pump the throttle pedal a couple times before you start them to squirt some fuel into the intake before you even crank them over. This is a big advantage over the very simple designs used on the British cars but it is also just one more thing to potentially go wrong in the future.
What kind of fuel you have on your cars? Non ethanol gas or some kind of alkaline hobby fuel that does not go bad?
I never put ethanol in any of my cars.

You know the A series engines in those Midgets is the same as the A series engines in the Minis, Sprites, Innocenti, Morris Minor...
Do you add a fuel stabilizer to most of the collection?
I use Sea Foam if I do but I would only put it in a car if I thought it would sit for a while, like if something broke and I am too busy to fix it right now.
Why not disconnect connect the negative terminal throughout your collection ?
If they do not have electronics there is no need to do that and I drive them as often as I can as long as they do not have too many problems to be on the road.

The doors are open and I have carbon monoxide detectors that will sound an alarm and turn on a fan.
Not sure I understand the point of having neat cars and never putting them on the road. Props, however for saving so many close to dead classics.
I drive at least two every day a different one every day why would you think I don’t drive them.
@@ThisWeekWithCars because you specifically mentioned that your second car (Sprite) hadn’t been on the streets in 12 years. I also noted layers of dust on most of the cars. If that’s not true I apologize
@@ThisWeekWithCars: one cannot possibly appreciate that size of collection with any degree of intimacy with most of those cars...if you drive them each equally, annually. And let's not forget that you haven't started any of the ones in the upper / lower racks around the perimeter at all (sorry, I saw the 3rd video too). It's a very impressive collection - don't get me wrong - but don't suppose to tell us that you can adequately care for and drive all of them regularly enough to keep them all in proper operable condition. It's impossible! Unless you're Jay Leno with a staff of 5-6 master mechanics or someone similar. Love your channel heaps though dude! keep 'em coming!

But the majority which are road legal get used. Simple.
