If i could make a point in defence of phoenix, it is experimental because harnan make black and white film. It is extremely consistent and it's characteristics, ISO, colour profile, and scanning settings are well documented. Personally i really liked my test roll and the halations (which bloom like flourographic film) make for creative opportunities.
We definitely need more film options in 2024. I am super excited to see what else Harman cooks up in the near future.
I am as excited as you about phoenix, I'm a fan!
Harman is my only, yet fading hope for some 400 speed slide film, I’m begging you guys I can’t keep doing bird photography at 100 iso it’s killing me
This was in my FTb last week and my Demi this week :)
I'm waiting for the FPP original 35mm/110/126/127/828 films! I especially want to try out the 110 'PRESSURE!' film.... :-)
I just shot my first roll of this! Very experimental for sure🎞️✨
I just got two rolls in the mail today from the FPP!
I don’t know if this is a good or bad thing, but just by the sound effect, I can tell you edit with Final Cut Pro ❤

SO TRUE
I want consistency in my photos so I have no interest in an "experimental" film. Finish your experiment, then I'll try it.
