I owned a M37 almost 20 years ago now, I had to sell in because of a move and have missed it ever since. The WC will fit into the family nicely and will be a keeper. Looking fwd to fishing trips into the mountains and putting the logging roads.
Late war Dodge WC...couldn't see the front end...but the winch is an M2 Braden..which is the right model for a 52..and I think the 55 had one too..glad you saved her...I'm rebuilding one too...
The old truck came with another spare truck with a better frame and a few other bits and pieces. I think the plan will be to fabricate a command car "replica" around what is there. The old thing will never be a cream puff, but If we can save it from the crusher and give it a second life plus have some fun in doing it then I'm in
Right on! You have a good pile of parts there you should be able to build a WC. I restored a 1950 Power Wagon, well worth it!
