      I respectfully disagree with you, sir. Omega 3 fatty acids are available in walnuts and the rest of the minerals and vitamins available in green leafy and other vegetables. Pulses contain proteins. Manthena garu is absolutely right and the latest health benefits of plant-based research proves it too.

      Don't open your mouth while you are running or walking and don't take breathe from mouth take it from Nose

    Sprouts ( molaka pesalu) of 50gms has just 1.5gms of protein. Yes pesalu has more protein than 1 whole egg, but also has 3 times more carbs compared to egg. Our country is leading in both obesity and diabetes , due to over intake of carbohydrates and lipids. So any given day we will have to choose eggs over pesalu.

      @@kausarsulthana1406 carbohydrates are high in comparison to egg. Carbs are not bad for body when taken in required portion. Any simple carbs will spike your insulin level immediately. Mostly diabetes patients are suggested to eat complex carbs. Sprouts comes under complex carbs, which will only increase insulin level gradually without any sudden spike. Just read journals on difference between simple and complex carbs effect in diabetic patients. Thank you.
